“The 1 star is not a reflection on zap clothing but the courier dpd absolutely disgusted that part of my order has gone missing investigation underway . I will shop with zap clothing again but ask for a different shipping option”

“Terrible customer service in creating a resolution on an issue that was 100% Zap’s fault. Now I as a customer need to wait for an extreme amount of time despite having paid for the item I ordered from the start. From a logic perspective, this is just faulty. Need to learn how to put the customer first when they are aggrieved after your own mistake. Would be difficult for me to ever use this site again with this type of care resolution and service.”
