Emailed then stating what I had done and would they be able to change sizes before dispatch All this was done on a Saturday evening. Rexcieved the package today, Tuesday morning and they had done as requested. I was expecting to have to send them back for a exchange Well impressed with the service”

“The refund process is very poor. You have to pay to return your clothing, and although they state you may have to wait 8 - 10 days for a refund, I actually got an email after 10 days to say my refund had been paid, but may take 10 days to reach your account. This is a joke. It today’s banking world, refunds should be paid the same day!”
