“Company uses DHL with signature required for delivery. This is incredibly frustrating as they only deliver M-F during normal business hours when I when I will never be home to accept delivery. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the nearest DHL facility to get my package. There should be an option to NOT require signature for delivery. Without this I will doubtfully ever order again.”

Dear Craig, We appreciate your feedback, however, we respectfully request that you consider removing your review. As a luxury clothing retailer, our delivery process mandates a signature upon receipt to ensure the secure delivery of our high-end merchandise. Disabling signature requirements on your account increases the risk of parcel misplacement, potentially leading to complications. Thank you ZAP

“You used dpd to deliver my parcel. The courier has stolen my parcel and said I signed for it. He took a photo of the parcel In his van. My partner missed work and waited in for 2 days to get this parcel. I have a ring door bell no one came to my door. I do not have my parcel. I want a refund now!”
