“I ordered a 10ft jumpking trampoline and a circus tent (bazoongi). Both items went beyond satisfaction. My little one adores both, the tent is in my living room and it’s huge! Every time I try to move it my little one isn’t impressed so I’ll wait. The quality is far better than I thought on both items. The tent was very easy to put up but please check the size! The trampoline is now my little ones second home. I spoke with a lady called Amanda as there was a problem with the delivery company and it got lost but she was awesome and really went the extra mile when she didn’t have to. I was upset due to 12 weeks of isolation with my son who’s showing signs of autism so this was very much a needed product but she kept me grounded and reassured me throughout. It arrived 4 days late but not due to jumpking whatsoever and it was a bank holiday. It was built in about an hour and was straightforward although I did have someone do it for me however the instructions were clear and straightforward. I have now placed an order for some steps and a cover which Amanda did over the phone to ensure I got the correct product And they even waived the shipping fee for all the trouble even though they weren’t at fault. I cannot recommend the company or their products enough!! Thank you jumpking for making a real difference in my son’s development and for making the process much easier for me and for your kind words”

“I needed a new safety net, rods and foam covers for the supports. As our trampoline is about 8 years old, I needed advice on what to buy and was helped by Amanda who was extremely helpful. She sent links for the items that I needed and when I ordered them, they arrived in just a few days. Particularly given all the difficulties the moment, the service was fantastic, thank you very much.”

“The trampoline is very good. It is quite a bit of work putting it together. The instructions could do with a bit about where the screws go. If you look carefully at the right angle braces you will see holes that the screws will fit in and if you are careful putting it together the holes will be in the right places. Otherwise it is straightforward putting it together and we are very happy with it.”

“Comms v good. Delivery v fast. x2 large boxes, x1 of which was damaged and partially ripped open. Later gound damaged parts inside with replacements sent the very next day. We bought the 'smaller' ZorbOrb but its huge and looks like a UFO has landed in our back garden. Neighbours having a good laugh I see. Looks v impressive though and our autistic son loves it which us the main thing during lockdown and upcoming summer hols. Took many hours to assemble. As expected the instructions are pants. Parts are labelled in the instructions as A, B, C etc but no labelling on the actual parts themselves All adds to time to work out how to build it. There are some basic design issues which would make this a 10/10 trampoline, but Ive got to hive it 9/10...all parts are secured with so called self tapping screws. A lot of the time the screw holes dont line up or the screws wont screw in. I had x3 large blisters on my RHS hand even with gloves or a tea towel trying to screw most of the screws in. The manufacturers need to redesign these fixings. Make them larger and easier to screw in. The top ring is fitted to end fittings/caps. There is only x1 of these small screws going from x1 side of the pole into the cap. With the strain on the ends the ends bend off. The designers could simply make a hole on the opposite side of the cap for a second screw. This way the strain would be easily shared and the top ring caps are more likely to stay on and not bend off. Again the screws arent v good. All in all service great, trampoline impressive if bit large and if manfacturers sorted out the instructions and those bleedin so called self tap screws and top caps itd get 10/10. Our son loves it thats the main thing.”
