The replacement net for our trampoline is good. Website fine, main issue is that I tried to call numerous times but always answer machine (didn't seem able to leave message) and I emailed a query on 21.5.20 and have yet to receive a response. Thankfully I was right was the replacement I ordered.

You delivered what I ordered, but I made a mistake with the size. My fault. But you could have given better advice about how to measure a trampoline mat.

Net fits fine, pads dont fit, still awaiting some ones that do, poor quality control..

Initially frustrating- Amanda from customer support instantly resolved my issues following a quick phone call and a follow up email. I bought a 12 x 17 ft rectangle trampoline- it arrived being dumped on my driveway with loose springs on the kerbside (I would place the fault on the delivery team rather than Jumpking) however I noted on other feedback that this is not the first instance of such an arrival condition. I then went ahead to follow the instructions to the letter in order to construct the rectangular frame. After about 2 hours it became apparent I could not complete the building of the frame parts as directed by the instructions. I tried to contact the company via the advertised phone number and by email with no joy initially which really frustrated as my autistic son was really desperate to enjoy hIs new trampoline. I eventually looked on Facebook for other people who had similar issues and found a few who all stated the same point that initial contact with the company can be slow but problems are instantly rectified. I would give a 7 out of 10 rather than 3 out of 5 as the product is good and tech support is great - only after a waiting period that is again frustrating. Admittedly this is during COVID period and the company are operating a skeleton staff. The instructions are however pretty poor and require a rewrite. They are not intuitive and there are gaps between key fitting stages. Clearer diagrams and photos would remove most of the issues at the very outset. The advertised 2 hour build time may be what it takes practiced tradesmen but a more realistic time for families and households would be 4 to 6 hours. Overall many thanks to Amanda and the team - my son and daughter are now loving a great trampoline - clearer instructions and ease of contact to customer service would bump your rating up to an 8 or 9 out of 10. We love the trampoline however part of the cover is missing it’s foam protection inside. I have tried calling and emailing however have not heard anything back from jumpking YJ Europe who I was told to email for covers. Thanks

Great trampoline my son loves it. However, the part to hold the net up at the top was bent so my husband has had to order and pay for a replacement part.

Really good product that my sons are enjoying using and looks good too. However, assembly frustrating. Did not come with spare screws so when 3 became cross haired had to order additional separately and at a cost of £12.99. Most products tend to come with spares!

There was no communication after I had purchased my trampoline. No tracking number or emails where sent. Never received any reply to any correspondence I sent.

My trampoline arrived with a faulty bounce mat and a hole in the enclosure net where a spring had got caught up in transit. Due to the current crisis, it took days for someone to respond to me and when they did they agreed to send out replacement items. On arrival, however, these were fo a smaller trampoline. We are still waiting for the correct items, it’s now been just over a week! I’m sure this isn’t the usual service, I think we’ve just had bad luck. This is our second trampoline, our first lasted about 8 years, very well made.

Trampoline arrived in record time but we're still waiting for the ladder and pegs which we have paid for and ordered as a single order. No one is replying to email so frankly their customer service is shocking. B disappointed.

Haven’t opened the parcel yet as it is a present for our Granddaughter in March. Delivery was quick however disappointed that the box it came in was very battered and looked as if it had been opened before, Just hoping that everything inside is OK when she opens her present. No return delivery note with the package which is unusual.

Hi Karen, I am very sorry to hear that you felt the package had been opened. We do not send out returns, it may have got damaged on delivery. Please call on 01473 7447792 if you would like us to collect the damaged box item and resend a new one. We do not send delivery notes with the items, just receipts when purchased with return information on that. If you wish to keep it, if anything is not perfect when opening, we would send another under warranty. I am sorry for the disappointment caused. Best Regards, Amanda

Not delivered on time, claimed they tried to and had put a note through the letterbox. Funny that as we were home all day and definitely no attempted delivery and no note through the letterbox. Rang to chase up and guess what it came the next day.
