Great experience We were integrating their API and got different questions along the way. Their support showed amazing knowledge and was 100% client oriented. Would recommend for everyone who is looking for extraordinary service.

Yay.com is outstanding they are all ways keen to help they also are very quick and replying to emails and are also very quick at answer calls if you need them quickly. their phone system is so clear and it's great I can now use this phone system anywhere in the world

I started to use the VOIP service provided by Yay.com in 2016, and unlike many companies operating in this market, Yay genuinely cares about its customers. The purchasing and set up is excellent, and if you have any issues the technical support is just wonderful, they will guide you, and assist whilst never being patronising, that always treat the client with respect. I Highly Recommend them.

Im very impressed with their costumer service Meg was very patient to answer all my questions and troubleshoot every issue with the most calm voice i have ever heard. The website and app is very friendly, useful. Well done yay keep it up!

Incredibly good value and they walk you through everything if you need help. I've had YAY for a few years and just had it diverting a landline number. Barely used the features, but recently I've got to know it more and it is incredibly powerful and incredibly good value. Today I spoke to Daisy for some help and this is the best customer service representative of any company I have worked with and spoken to in the last 3 years (and I speak to a quite a few). She rocks was so helpful, so friendly and so proactive, showing me features that from talking to me she quickly realised I'd find useful. A real person, who knows her stuff not someone following an online 'manage your customer' template. Thanks Daisy and also credit to the management for doing such a great job. If only all customer service teams followed your approach, everyone would have a more enjoyable and productive experience.

Firstly, the entire team at Yay.com are a godsend. We've never looked into VoiP / SIP phones before, though it would be too complicated, designed for massive companies, but no! The team helped us thoroughly from first ordering, to getting phones set up, technical support when adding new telephones and users, right the way through to end-user and billing support! We can't thank them enough for helping us and our telephone provider switching made so simple. The phones are brilliant, can be configured remotely from their office, pricing is spot on and very affordable, with a very generous calling package. Thanks for your ongoing support in helping us get used to the new system! Cannot recommend enough.

I called to get help with setting up the new VOIP phone I'd been sent to use for working from home. Victoria was incredibly helpful and guided me through all the set-up to get the phone working properly. She was kind and polite at all times. Excellent customer service.

Sutton on Sea Community Cars is a registered Charity and in 2019 we decided that our small call center should upgrade to a 21st century telephone system. We had no knowledge of VOIP so we chose Yay.com because we liked the name, and Yay was a UK company. From day one Yay has sat at our side and they were still there this morning 28/04 2020

I have just arranged a Conference Bridge with Daisy's customarily friendly help so she's kept up the high standard of service I have come to expect from all representatives of Yay without exception! Couldn't recommend more highly.
