The team are quick to respond to queries, patiently provide thorough explanations, and are super friendly too. We’ve used their services as part of our voluntary efforts around Covid-19 and would highly recommend!

Call Yay support for help in setting up my phones. Jez provided a swift and thorough setup of the phones and was courteous and friendly. He made me feel a valued customer - I would recommend Yay without hesitation.

REVIEW OF YAY.COM Dealt with Meg in customer support a few times. Helped me deal with any issue. Customer service also setup my pc to work with my crm to click dial calls so everything worked quickly and smoothly. Interface is super easy to use, very easy if you have 2 screens to work and dial at same time in a fast paced sales environment, Company has been great whenever i have touched base. Little more expensive than some other companies but well worth the few extra quid to know your looked after and get a quality product that doesn't let you down. App works well on the phone, call recordings haven't let me down yet, the interface to get call history stats and recordings is also very simple. The team at Yay were all very helpful, patient and understanding of our needs. Communication is always fast and efficient and their willingness to help is exemplary. Happy to recommend Yay.com to any business looking for a hosted VOIP service.

How come we’ve never heard of yay.com before? I would seriously recommend them not only for the value and features you get as standard but also the customer support. Had a few queries which were answered within minutes of me sending an email. When I had a config problem with my phone that was provided by a previous provider Konner took over my computer remotely and resolved it in no time at all. Highly recommend.

Probably the best customer service I've received. Meg was incredibly friendly and polite. She made what felt like an impossible task to me seem so simple and didnt make me feel silly in the process. There was no waiting time for my call to be answered and it was even at 7.30pm. Very happy customer

Best company I've ever dealt with, customer service is amazing pricing is very competitive and never had any technical issues that were not quickly rectified. Separate not the staff are legends, they are probably the best thing about Yay whenever I call they all sound so happy always bend over backwards to help and are just the nicest people you will speak to, Jez is hilarious! I recommend them to everyone and I've very happy with the service as you can see from my photo!

After researching a number of virtual phone system providers I decided to try Yay, up and running inside 60 minutes and extremely helpful staff - I really can't fault their service, knowledge and helpfulness!!

Awesome customer service, amazing technical help, these people do what they say, when they say at the price agreed. I can't fault them on anything and highly recommend them. The VOIP works really well with a great app for your mobile so you line follows wherever you go!

As a brand new customer I was contacted by Daisy from Yay to see if I was satisfied, I wasn't available at the time of the call so she left the best number for me to call her back. On return call I was helped by Meg as I was having some issues (all user error!) - Meg could not have been more helpful. Not only did she solve both my problems but she did it clearly and simply, not once did I feel the techno-numpty I was being! Thank you so much - I will endeavour to use Yay at every opportunity in the future, brilliant customer service (particularly at what must be a difficult time!)

I have recently set up a multi line business voip phone system using Yay.com. I found the staff to be polite, helpful and willing to assist with the set up. Thanks to konnor and Victoria for the assistance
