I called to get help with setting up the new VOIP phone I'd been sent to use for working from home. Victoria was incredibly helpful and guided me through all the set-up to get the phone working properly. She was kind and polite at all times. Excellent customer service.

Sutton on Sea Community Cars is a registered Charity and in 2019 we decided that our small call center should upgrade to a 21st century telephone system. We had no knowledge of VOIP so we chose Yay.com because we liked the name, and Yay was a UK company. From day one Yay has sat at our side and they were still there this morning 28/04 2020

I have just arranged a Conference Bridge with Daisy's customarily friendly help so she's kept up the high standard of service I have come to expect from all representatives of Yay without exception! Couldn't recommend more highly.

The team are quick to respond to queries, patiently provide thorough explanations, and are super friendly too. We’ve used their services as part of our voluntary efforts around Covid-19 and would highly recommend!

REVIEW OF YAY.COM Dealt with Meg in customer support a few times. Helped me deal with any issue. Customer service also setup my pc to work with my crm to click dial calls so everything worked quickly and smoothly. Interface is super easy to use, very easy if you have 2 screens to work and dial at same time in a fast paced sales environment, Company has been great whenever i have touched base. Little more expensive than some other companies but well worth the few extra quid to know your looked after and get a quality product that doesn't let you down. App works well on the phone, call recordings haven't let me down yet, the interface to get call history stats and recordings is also very simple. How come we’ve never heard of yay.com before? I would seriously recommend them not only for the value and features you get as standard but also the customer support. Had a few queries which were answered within minutes of me sending an email. When I had a config problem with my phone that was provided by a previous provider Konner took over my computer remotely and resolved it in no time at all. Highly recommend.

Probably the best customer service I've received. Meg was incredibly friendly and polite. She made what felt like an impossible task to me seem so simple and didnt make me feel silly in the process. There was no waiting time for my call to be answered and it was even at 7.30pm. Very happy customer
