“We have been using the service for a couple of years and we're really happy with it. Yay.com has certainly helped our company to keep going through this pandemic, we would have been stuck if we were still on the old copper lines. Konnor, Meg, Jez and Victoria all provide top notch service. I'd recommend yay.com to anyone thinking of switching.”

“Absolutely top class company with amazing service. These guys clearly want to help. Konnor and Jez there all through the day and will answer any questions with such great patience. And even if my question was out of hours for these guys Meg was there to pass on the information and reply to me so I know my message has been seen. More companies need to copy this process. You really feel like there one and only job is to make sure you get cared for.”

“I am really pleased with the Yay.com service. We had a specific requirement and they were very helpful in tailoring a package to suit our needs. Meg was an absolute star in helping us get to grips with the system. So much so that we will end up migrating all our number and all lines over to Yay.
