“I setup the domain myself since I know how it all works but I was amazed that I got an email and a call to see if I needed any help. I’ve never had that kind of customer service before. The customer service seemed very welcoming that if I did have any questions I would definitely ask. Shoutout Miguel for making the best customer service experience I’ve ever had”

“Fast becoming a massive fan! Started with a new number for a new venture. Worked great, simple interface and all the features I needed. Moved my existing business line to them. Easy and cheaper than I expected. Bought a phone from them - one click setup. About to move my domestic number. End result is that I have improved services (including "wish every company was like this" customer service) for a massively reduced price. Yay indeed!”

“Great customer service. Konnor was really patient and helpful talking me through account changes and my million questions. Lovely to experience a company with real human beings at the end of the phone. My call was answered immediately and the changes processed in a few minutes.”

“With a recent change in my circumstances, I have set up a home office and decided to move to a VOIP system to cut down on cost. I can now take and make calls from home or through the app on my mobile either way to the outside world it looks like I am in my office which is great. I purchased the phone from YAY as well as the service, all my calls to the guys to set up were answered promptly any issues I have had with understanding how anything worked have been answered quickly and explained thoroughly. Both the customer services and the service itself has been 2nd to none, definitely recommend to anyone.”
