I absolutely love their customer care, especially talking with Meg who happens to be one of the officers. She is very detailed and experience. Talking through with me on the phone was very easy, she sounded as if she was with me life to rectify the issues over the phone. I am impressed. please ensure you do not loose her for your business because good workers/employees are hard to find.

We took up Yay after a good test drive a few years ago. I still remain impressed. As a small business owner myself I find it rare to experience the same care and attention from bigger organisations. Except Yay. What a refreshing change ! I cannot fault the support (when I needed it), pleasant, helpful and nothing seems too much trouble, just how I treat my customers ! Well done Yay....I would recommend you (and have) to anyone in the market for your type of services

Only attempt the free trial stages of using Yay, but very impressed that Frankie called twice to speak with me - and responded to an email. Very refreshing to speak with someone directly and not sit through menus and queues. A promising start!

I have been with Yay for a few years now, I'm always impressed with there support on the odd occasion that i've had a problem. Nothing is to much trouble and they really care. I would 100% recommend Yay.

Miguel was very patient on my ever changing questions, even superbly handling those I had coming in from my team. He knew the ins and outs of the platform and highly skilled in articulating the solutions it provides, especially for us business people. His walk through was smooth and felt the instructions were given in person rather than over the phone.I was really surprised it was only his 3rd week as he gave precise advise like a tenured pro. You guys should also thank your recruiter for discovering a rare find. He is an excellent agent, authentic in his desire to help. The guys going to go places

I’m a big fan of NETXL as I’m a Ubiquiti fanboy and you always seem to be the best price. We are an accommodation provider in Cardiff and I’ve been ripping our old equipment out and fitting all new Ubiquiti gear as well as installing it all into our new projects. Customer service and deliveries are super fast which is essential in IT.
