“This might be the easiest review ever, the customer service is 150% better than anywhere I have ever dealt with. Being a bit of a newbie in the VOIP world I have needed a couple of pointers and everyone you speak to give you the nicest support with very knowledgeable advisors and a pretty easy to use website, they can walk you through any problems. All apps work well and as a small business we recommend yay.com all the time and look forward to growing our business and using Yay.com to support our communications. CUBTECH”

“I've been with Yay for a few years now, and have no intention of moving! The system is 100% reliable, easy to use, and good value. But best of all, the customer support is fantastic. No matter what question I've had, the team at Yay have provided clear answers in a very friendly way. My last interaction was with Konnor - and it couldn't have been better. Great company, great people. Recommended!”

“I called around to the other providers but decided to purchase two 020 virtual landline numbers from Yay.com for the first time today and the service received was excellent. Miguel and the other Yay representatives had a thorough understanding of their service offerings and were able to walk me through step-by-step to set everything up over the phone. I know have two business landline numbers to place on my websites, business cards, receive unlimited call, and make outbound calls while showing my 020 number to maintain a professional presence. Highly recommended.”
