“I was asked by a friend who was out of the country to help get his Voice over IP system re-working followingvan issue with a Virgin Router re-boot. The guys at YAY support were fantastic, really professional and together we sorted the issue easily so his business calls were reinstated.”

“Even though I have had a couple of glitches whilst I worked out how it all works, for me, I will stick with Yay.com because they have excellent customer service and THEY ANSWER THE PHONE! Jez helped me today and was super friendly, efficient and didn't bamboozle me with tech talk. We sorted out my issue in a few minutes and I am ready to go again with the Yay service I have come to rely on and trust.”

“This might be the easiest review ever, the customer service is 150% better than anywhere I have ever dealt with. Being a bit of a newbie in the VOIP world I have needed a couple of pointers and everyone you speak to give you the nicest support with very knowledgeable advisors and a pretty easy to use website, they can walk you through any problems. All apps work well and as a small business we recommend yay.com all the time and look forward to growing our business and using Yay.com to support our communications. CUBTECH”
