“I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Meg specifically has been very helpful settimg up EVERYTHIG for me, especially after being run around by other companies she made it very easy and clear; going out her way to further suggest helpful products. Support via email and phone are both quick and helpful, with very friendly customer services agents in general. The plans are cheap and easy to get started with. I'm very happy I chose this service.”

“I had yay recommended to me as the option for a business number and telephone. I read some reports of yay on line also. I have to say, its ALL TRUE! - they are excellent. Inside 24 hrs I got a courtesy call - which surprised me...I mean...how often does that happen? I was asked if I was happy and was there anything yay could help me with. I then purchased my phone. It arrived at lightening speed. Then... I called yay and Jez Pickering talked me through, patiently, and with customer care skills which reminded me of those days of old when companies employed people...who...actually liked dealing with people. I would not hesitate to recommend yay. So good to deal with. Old values meet the Latest technology.”

“Miguel was absolutely fantastic, i have worked on a variety of different systems over the past few years, Aircall, Kixie & Primo to name a few but not one of them have the level of customer service that was provided to me today. Extremely helpful and it is defiantly the way to maintain happy customers.”
