Yay.com has excellent customer service and support and their online user panel is idiot-proof meaning it's straight forward to use, you don't need to be a network engineer to set things up like some other companies I trialed. I was with BT for 14years and decided to move to Vodafone Gigafast as they were door-knocking in my area after city fiber put down new cables. I had no reason to leave BT but Vodafone were giving 900mbps for my broadband compared to BT which was only getting 76mb as it was FTTC. As the monthly difference was £7 I made the jump porting over my landline to Vodafone. Unfortunately, I did not realise how bad Vodafone was in treating their customers. They offer a VOIP line with the Gigafast and despite the sales agent saying I would be provided with the VOIP settings to use my own phones, when the line was installed they refused to provide this info meaning I was stuck using their router, For me, this was a major issue as the router was away from where the phones were. It also took them two days to activate number after the date they said it would be up and running by as the agent never set the router up properly, After spending a week talking to Vodafone Gigafast team, 2nd line team and their managers in the VOIP section of the Gigafast team, no one was willing to release the details I required to set up my own VOIP equipment and therefore I looked online and came across Yay.com and Sipgate. I then checked out both services but Yay.com won it for me hands down. Due to my experience with Vodafone I was a bit apprehensive moving from ISDN line to VOIP but upon contacting Yay.com I was reassured. All my questions were answered, technical details explained and they even helped me set up my VOIP Adapter. The whole process was a breeze. I dealt with Meg from the support team who arranged for my number to be ported to Yay.com and despite various issues on Vodafone's side they completed the process. Whilst my bundled line with Vodafone was cheaper for me, sometimes paying for dedicated service with excellent customer service is worth the additional money. Yay.com has been fantastic to me, start to finish, I would highly recommend them. Keep doing what you're doing, I particularly liked the ease of setting calling routes in the user panel, checking my call history, and setting up a diversion if required. I even get inclusive minutes! Do what I did, trial a free number they offer for 14 days, and make up your own assessment. If you need a hassle-free, VOIP service with ease of setup and additional features Yay.com is the way to go!

I had been advised use to other VoIP services however they were simple either incompetent or misleading. So I couldnt resist and have decided to use yay.com Their online videos I found on youtube have been a clear and great help, with the best user experience I've come across and I went through alot. I specifically dealt with Meg on the phone and via email, she was one of the main reasons I choose this service she was straight to the point, friendly and quick to respond despite the hour. It is well marketed and planned company. I'm super happy with the service !!

Had the item I wanted in stock and at a competitive price. A slight mistake in the comms was very quickly corrected (before I'd even queried it) and the goods were delivered promptly and well packaged. My first order with YAY but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Wireless extender Out of stock everywhere. The following day Yay showed 1 in stock . I ordered it with a bit of trepidation expecting an email telling me it would be a week + delivery. The first email back was to acknowledge order, the next to inform me of the following days delivery. Less than 20 hours from ordering and now have Wifi everywhere. Very impressed!!

Fantastic Service. They called me as a new customer to see if I was settling in. I called them back and spoke to someone within a few seconds. They were extremely helpful and clarified any questions I had and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The advice was spot on and helpful and solved a problem we were having in deciding how to deploy our service. Can't recommend them enough. Brilliant Service

I am so happy to be using Yay for my communication needs. They completely understand the modern VoIP market, and don't subscribe to the archaic methods of pricing and service provision. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received, the team have been great (and patient!) answering my questions, and getting us connected. The entire process of migrating away from ISDN to a SIP trunk has been painless and seamless. Thanks, Yay!

When each and every one of us humans loathes the soul-destroying sound of a telephonic computer voice asking questions and putting us on hold until we lose the will to live and finally answered by a real person who tells us we need to be transferred to another and either lose the connection or are once again sentenced to an epoch of coma-inducing muzak, how is it that big companies whose public statements oozing dedication to their customers do it with heartbreaking relentlessness? Recently, my business moved locations, had a BT landline installed, and put in to have my longstanding Yay account number ported over. It took 4 months of endless such phone calls to BT to get it done. My brain has turned to mush in the process. The rage and frustration they have put me through with their ineptitude has aged me. And here's the point: All the while, the professionalism, kindness, knowledge, consistency, and willingness to always go the extra mile of Yay's Meg Gurnell restored my faith that humanity may escape the fate of the Neanderthal. In spite of BT's utter bungling, Yay's Meg got the job done and with a smile. You're a star, Meg. Vincero! Teo x
