needed help setting up a client with domain names, your team guided me through what was going wrong with ease and made the entire experience enjoyable. Not like calling a usual support number, more like calling your tech mate for advice!

We've been using the reseller platform for a few months now, over this time we've had to contact support about queries and the odd problem. The best thing about the Yay support is they don't just point you towards a helpdesk article without actually reading your request, they make sure they understand your problem and always go above and beyond to help. All the support staff we have dealt with have not only had excellent customer service skills, but a great technical ability and understanding, it's clear they understand the system thoroughly and genuinely want to help.

The phone lines were busy but I emailed and they called back within a few minutes. Wonderful service once speaking to someone, solved the problem and extremely friendly and helpful.

I'm currently setting up a business from home. I live in a rural location and don't have a landline going into my house but I was needing a phone for business purposes. I contacted Yay initially with some queries about setting up which were all answered promptly and clearly. I then went ahead and purchased one of their packages, all of which offer great value for money, in my opinion. I set up the softphone on my laptop which was really easy to do and I run it on a wi-fi internet connection. The quality is great. I have experienced no delays or drop outs so far and the clarity is just as good, if not better, than a landline. Customer service is superb. If there's anything you need to check out or get some instruction on they are easy to contact and get back to you quickly. I tend to send an email or a message from my account on the website. Each time I have needed help the response I received gave me the information I required and pointed me in the right direction (thank you to Jez, Konnor, Meg and Victoria, who have helped me so far). I really value this level of customer support and feel very confident that if any issues arise in the future they will quickly be resolved. I also like the website set up. It's really accessible and easy to use. And there's lots of information online about VOIP services and other products.
