Flexible, powerful, affordable + incredible customer service. I have a small 2 person team (aka low value customer) so I wouldn't expect much from a customer service perspective. But when I had an issue with an integration the support (Pipedrive), I was surprised to discover an incredibly responsive and professional team was happy to assist. They discovered the integration issue was on their end and quickly worked to resolve it, keeping me up-to-date along the way. In the end, everything works smoothly, and yay.com has gained a very happy customer. Highly recommend.

Can't fault the service. How many organisations proactively call you to find out if everything is OK instead of keeping you endlessly on hold while they tell you how important your call is to them! Happy to recommend.

Every-time I speak with the Yay support team I am blown-away by their excellent work. Nothing is too much trouble and their product knowledge if second to none. I wish all companies support staff were like this! One very happy customer here!

I've only been a Yay customer for a few days, but so far I love it! I have a large portfolio of domain names and finding the right registrar to manage them can be tricky due to pricing or ease of use. But Yay seems to be tailored for this: β€’ Tiered pricing – brilliant! Someone registering just one domain will likely be more hassle than a professional with hundreds of domains. β€’ Bulk actions for a variety of things – huge time saver! β€’ Presets/templates for nameservers and contacts β€’ Negotiable prices if you are a big client – Cha-ching! β€’ Prompt and friendly support - hopefully I won't need them much β€’ Two-step authentication – still rare among registrars these days

I have o say that the service, prices and all the things you can do are amazing. We have 3 phone lines with them and it was always easy to get numbers and set up everything. When having some issuss you just call them and they are really helpful. 100% recommended. What happens when something doesn't work? My philosophy is, we all make mistakes, there is always room form errors but the important thing is your reaction to them. Today I tried to buy a new line in Spain so our new Spanish customer could have a local phone to call as. I selected a number but in the end, the number was not available. Jaz from customer support sent me an email explaining the problem and giving me a couple of numbers for me to select. There was a small problem with the numbers πŸ™ˆ, I wanted a 13 in my phone number (lucky number: Sorry Jaz 😬). No problem, he spent hours and hours enquiring and trying to get me my lucky number, and he did itπŸ‘. Yay.com, take care of your customer service, the few times I called and when I needed help they always worked on getting me a solution. Nicely done, you have a very happy customer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
