VOIP is simple in principle, but setting up, configuring and managing lines and services does pose a few challenges. YAY is absolutely outstanding in helping customers. The online dashboard is very comprehensive and easy to use, so many routine tasks are easily self-administered. What's even better is YAY's UK-based support staff. They are the best in the business - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. And best of all, nothing is too much trouble for them - walking customers through sometimes-complicated situations, using plain English and ensuring customers know what's going on. Simply outstanding!!

After dealing with BT for 3 years, it has been a breath of fresh air to swap over to Yay.com. The process has been really easy and even today when I rang up to get our new phones to connect, Jez, the tech guy was really good and it was done in a matter of minutes. Finally - a company which understands the meaning of "customer service". "Viva la VOIP revolution!!"

I am new to Voip and totally clueless. I thought sip was something you did with a cold beer. Thanks to the friendly enthusiastic support (and patience) from everyone at YAY all my questions, queries and problems were resolved. Special thanks goes out to Jez and his colleague who managed to fix a problem that I created. To say that they went the extra mile would be an understatement! Great customer service.

This is a great site and provides a great service. Their customer support is impeccable and they are always prompt to respond to your requests and help where they can. As a provider they are very cheap in comparison with other similar VOIP providers. I highly recommend them.

Queries with our latest invoice - all explained.Suggestions on improvements to the service and packages we currently have - Resolution - better package and cheaper on a monthly basis. Excellent.

Every time I have emailed a query through to support I had nothing but a first class service, Jaz and Matt have both been outstanding communicators, know their product and clearly have their heart in the job. When it comes to customer service I can normally tear a company apart and put together a decent and valid complaint, but this is not the case with Jaz Matt and YAY.com. Excellent, first class recruitment and training on YAY's part. An inspiration to the industry.

We are just transitioning from another VoIP provider to yay. I have found the portal easy to use. The call routing concept is totally different to the other providers we've used but it makes sense and is easy for a VoIP newbie to understand. Topped off with really good and friendly support yay gets 10/10 so far!

Just started with Yay.com. Not only can you can actually talk to their staff easily, but they realise that not everyone is an expert in telecommunications and are happy to explain in detail where necessary. Everyone I have spoken to to date has been very friendly, and see to want to assist, but they are also knowledgeable. The service to date seems to be good and easy to use. The dashboard offers detailed information on all of the important aspects of running the account. So far so good.

Sometimes we need the phones to do a specific thing so i give the guys a Yay a call. They are always very helpful and so far have found a solution every time i ring. I think the platform is very powerful. It allows us to answer calls when im in a shopping centre, but the customer thinks i am in a call centre in a office.

I have dealt with Yay.com with both digital services and purchasing of hardware. They have always took the time to deal with queries that I had. Their support is next to none. Very friendly staff to deal with.

Despite some difficulties with another provider Yay support staff enabled me to transfer all of my domains to Yay and enabled me to setup and reestablish control over my Domain Management. I am a lot happier now thanks to the willingness of YAY Support Staff to engage and get things moving in the right and appropriate direction. Very Happy Customer.
