Every dealing we have had with the team at YAY so far has been outstanding. From the initial setup, through to the (exceptionally rare) technical issues, everything has been as smooth as we could possibly hope for. As a busy Recruitment Company our phones are the lifeblood of our business, and it's important for us to be able to trust our suppliers, and I couldn't recommend YAY enough. Excellent all round.

Yay.com have been fantastic throughout, from makes it super easy to port my number over, to helping my set up our phones in the office and get them connected. Support even called me and did a remote screen share so I didn't have to follow any complicated instructions!

Fantastic. There was a small problem with the address of the order, Yay tried calling my mobile but at the time I didn't have signal. They they tried to contact me via e-mail which I recieved and replied to. After all of this I had the item delievered within 1 day! Perfect :)

Meg is an awesome lady who dealt with a difficult situation I had most professionally! The aftercare by this lady was AWESOME and if you give your employees awards, you need to make sure hers is GOLD!

I have to say that it is not only very pleasant, but remarkably refreshing to have found an IT company with a customer service team that is not only efficient and knowledgeable, but friendly as well !!

Excellent service. I rang up to go over a few things. Ended up being talked through the whole process & set up whilst I was on the phone. Very friendly, great knowledge. Really helped a first time VOIP user like myself. Highly recommend their customer service.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS This companies attention to detail and INCREDIBLY BRILLIANT customer service has blown me away and restored my belief in the existence of companies out there that really DO CARE about their end users. Jez was my contact, but it truly was a team effort! USE THEM, BUY from them....they will make your experience a great one!

Spoke with a number of people to answer queries and initially ordered an analogue to IP convertor to plug a standard phone into , but had issues getting it to work( I am sure if support had explained routing not set up , it would have worked ) even after talking to their support team . I returned the item for a Gigaset convertor and phone combo and after speaking with May on the phone managed to get it set up working in 30 mins , she was very thorough and explained the settings patiently. I would recommend Yay to create a guide for the inexperienced about the yay portal settings also beyond the Tuesday and Thursday webcasts , keep a recorded webcast so customers can consume as needed rather than waiting . I would definitely recommend Yay, in the process to moving my number

The gent "Jez" i think his name was? He was awesome and a credit to your organisation, nothing was to much trouble even though I am bit of a technical dinosaur. I hope he goes far and from a company customer service absouulte top class!!!
