Jez at Yay spent the time to make the set up complete and confirm the costings. He was able to manage the set up of a separate piece of hardware (to enable call from an anologue telephone to mobile via the broadband router) and he operated the PC remotely to achieve what was required which is why Im writing this review and he only hung up when the system was up and running. Totally happy with the set up ( pay as you go is rolling onto the next month) and the surprised at getting exactly what I wanted. This has allowed me to be independent of the landline telephone providers and that's satisfying.

All the staff are really helpful , the Yay.com prices are sensible too so overall yay.com is value for money. I have had excellent customer service from Meg on many occasions, well done. Meg has a lot of patience !!!

Great service, Great value for money bundles and an extremely user friendly system. Signed up same day and my system was up and running. Received support from Daisy who was professional friendly and patient. Highly recommended Yay!!

Such a helpful team who always answer the phone within the first couple of rings and have all the answers about their products and services. Have been using them for just over a year now and would recommend them as a partner for Comms.

I have been with Yay for some considerable time now and it is the support for my businesse and ease of use that is second to none. I have never phoned for support and had to wait and the whole team have been extremely supportive and nothing is too much trouble.

VOIP is simple in principle, but setting up, configuring and managing lines and services does pose a few challenges. YAY is absolutely outstanding in helping customers. The online dashboard is very comprehensive and easy to use, so many routine tasks are easily self-administered. What's even better is YAY's UK-based support staff. They are the best in the business - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. And best of all, nothing is too much trouble for them - walking customers through sometimes-complicated situations, using plain English and ensuring customers know what's going on. Simply outstanding!!

After dealing with BT for 3 years, it has been a breath of fresh air to swap over to Yay.com. The process has been really easy and even today when I rang up to get our new phones to connect, Jez, the tech guy was really good and it was done in a matter of minutes. Finally - a company which understands the meaning of "customer service". "Viva la VOIP revolution!!"

I am new to Voip and totally clueless. I thought sip was something you did with a cold beer. Thanks to the friendly enthusiastic support (and patience) from everyone at YAY all my questions, queries and problems were resolved. Special thanks goes out to Jez and his colleague who managed to fix a problem that I created. To say that they went the extra mile would be an understatement! Great customer service.
