WOW! Yay.com have surpassed my expectations. Set up on Tuesday with my choice of number (from many) and phone arrived Thursday. Online help absolutely amazing; helped with immediate answers to my questions before order and again when phone arrived, now set up with my VOIP phone and ready to make calls. Yay.com and Laurence made it so very Simple! Thank you!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Happy to spend as long as necessary to solve problem. Order placed and delivered next day as stated. Well packaged but not over packed. Will certainly purchase again from you and pass my recommendations on to friends and colleagues.

Firstly let me set the scene. I am a person that hates and I mean hates finding my way around technology and connectivity. I'm a great believer in the 'switch on' and all should be well, it should happen automatically. So Yay.com was our chosen provider for the communication link of our Community Interest Company. The handset arrived and we began the process of connectivity, low and behold registration failed. Head scratching, manual reading check etc etc...... Oh no I thought I may have to seek support. I duly did and who was on duty today, Mr Laurence Wells. So 'Live' chat support (well done the response time great) commenced with Laurence and what can I say. Totally professional friendly chat, put me at ease immediately which in turn allowed me to be open about both my lack of patience and knowledge with IT. He quite simply directed the conversation, gained control by firstly directing me to Team Viewer and downloading this, not always straight forward but he guided me through, then 'whizzed' through details and set up, all the while conversing where necessary keeping me informed of the progress. Then stayed with me until it was fully connected and we were able to test the system. Which now works as expected.

i was signed up with Vonage business cloud, but when i used trial version of yay & the way Meg from yay helped me i decided to canceled with vonage & go ahead with yay. I really like the features with yay they all are very amazing.

Thought about this for quite a while, made a call to the team at Yay.com and any worries were taken care of. The order was placed and the account was opened with no trouble, the phones i ordered arrived super quick. I just had to get in touch to get the phones up and running and that happened within 5 minutes. Great service

A very good experience with YAY and very different to other phone or VOIP companies. When you phone YAY you speak to someone who knows exactly who you are and what you need. With YAY you get personal attention and excellent customer service.

Everyone i dealt with has been very patient and helpful. I would suggest you could do a little better at explaining the meaning of different sections of set up e.g. routing set up etc. It would save you a few customer service calls.

I ported by BT number to yay. The Yay service department did this seamlessly. All I had to provide was proof of ownership and my identity. Thanks yay.

This is my second experience of Yay.com, the first being what made me want to use their services. Setting up your communications with Yay is a doddle. It's a really fast and very friendly service. Who ever you talk to, the staff at Yay could almost be a personal friend. Be it for business and or home use and when you want a service that does what it says on the box, without any complications or hidden bull, then look no further. It's almost easier than making a cup of tea. A quick call to Yay.com and around 20 to 30 or so minutes later you have a new phone number that's ready to use strait away. Porting your existing number over to Yay is also so easy, so on need to send out lots of messages informing all and sundry about a number change. The only negative for me and its quite insignificant really is there website looks a little busy, but that's me being quite picky. All in all I would say the service that Yay provide is a real game changer and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Any company that provides a communications service that charges line rental or just high cost of running should be quaking in there boots. Well done Yay.com for providing a first class service

Great, friendly service. super clear on what i needed to do and set up and management of the call was brilliant. Daisy looked after me to get my outgoing number set up and took me through it so it was very painless and easy! Nice One!

Contacted Yay today for the first time and I was looking for a one stop shop for all my VOIP needs. Within minutes they sorted me out with the hardware and subscriptions that I needed, answering my questions at lightening speed on their online chat. This is what customer service should be and I look forward to being a Yay customer for quite some time.
