You neither made me happy or unhappy. You treat me as a retail customer. We are a business, I want you to treat me as a business customer with a credit account payable monthly, but you don't seem to have that facility.

Outstanding customer service! I needed to set up a conference call and used the online chat facility with Meg. We then spoke together, she explained everything, set up my system for me and walked me through how to use it. Perfect! Having previously spent a fruitless hour speaking with Vodafone (hopeless), THIS is how customer service should work. Well done YAY and well done MEG - you're simply brilliant! :)

the lady who helped me was efficient and knowledgable and just got on and checked all my configurations to make my phone work. She was honest and knew why I had problems - that other companies were either ignorant of did not want to disclose. Time saved. Job well done. Thank-you.

The live chat is extremely good in helping not only choose the right products but then assisting me in pretty much setting up the whole business on VOIP. Would definitely recommend and continue to use for the long term.

The Yay team have been fantastic - with us every step of the way, and so very patient! We had some problems with the particular phones we ordered (not Yay's fault), and they went out of their way to help us sort it out. Our team would highly recommend them.

I bought a pair of Grandstream cordless VOIP phones from yay.com, whilst they were faulty and had to be sent back, the way yay.com handled the return was pretty much a text book example of good customer service. I will be ordering from them again.

5 best reasons to chose YAY: 1-Very easy to configure and install, 2-The customer service is excellent, very highly trained people 3-Yay devices are good and also the price is very interesting 4-Calls quality is excellent 5-With their Dashbord only immagination is the limit

ever since i made the first contact with Yay.com regarding a skype phone they have been wonderfully helpful. As a complete novice I had no idea on how to use the phone, have new numbers and set anything in my account up. In some ways you don't need to have any knowledge at all as a simple call to the customer service team and they guide you through whatever you need. I never leave reviews but in the past 2 weeks I have felt compelled to do so by 3 companies and all for outstanding service, Yay is right up there and regardless of cost, which Yay seem to be hands down on that too, the level of support is second to none! Thank you all so much

As a beginner to VOIP I was initially intimidated by all the options on the web site. All I wanted was a new phone number that I could direct to my mobile. I managed the initial set up but had some problems queries and questions. As I was doing this in the evening, I could not speak to anyone and even though it said there was live chat I spent an annoying time searching for the 'chat button' to eventually realise this was also only during the office hrs. I rang the help line the next day and I have to say the lady that helped me was fantastic, the best help line I have ever rung! It was necessary to ring the help line twice again as I got to grips with the 'dashboard' and again the customer service agents were great. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I don't normally bother writing reviews and don't give praise easily, but having endured a lifetime of frustration with different so called customer helplines, (BT, NPOWER, APPLE, to name a few!), I can honestly say YAY have it spot on.
