“Fantastic response to inquiries; VOIP phone delivered, set up and working within 24 hrs including a remote Teamview walk-through with Laurence. Later call to Meg had Voicebox working for out-of-hours calls. Most impressed by knowledgeable, friendly and supportive staff. Jeff”

“Laurence replied promptly to my email. He was able to connect to my computer using TeamViewer, access my PBX and check the settings were correct to be able to use it with the SIP Trunk. He then went through where I'd gone wrong and explained how he rectified it. He was friendly throughout.”

“Laurence and team went above and beyond getting our phone system setup. First class customer service and once up and running it works like a dream - highly recommend. One thing I would say to anyone going down the VOIP route - buy a new router.”

“Any time we have a question or need a hand configuring something, Yay.com are always around (during business hours of course) to help out. They'll help you pick the right phones for your business, set up some call diverting for you and even then write out a help guide for you to give to your employees. It's a simple system to use with everything you need all laid out clearly in a user's dashboard. Couldn't be happier.”
