“Simply AMAZING service and support. Communication has been outstanding throughout. Vet replies via video message incredibly quickly. Our lad had a puncture wound and as first time dog owners, you automatically think vet visit. Ben was able to reassure us of what to do and how to treat wound, keep it clean, manage pain relief and check for further inflammation or infection. I would not hesitate to use this service again. Ben - thank you for your continued help in this case.”

“What an amazing experience I had with VidiVet today. Not only did they come back with a reply super quick, it was a video message. It put my mind at rest, gave me some advice and probably saved me a whole lot of money and time, not having to book my dog into see my vet! Fabulous service, would definitely recommend!”

“So happy that we are members of VidiVet. It really proved its worth last night when we were in a huge panic, having discovered that our dog had eaten a packet of chocolate raisins. I sent Ben a quick message to ask what to do. Within a minute he replied with the advice to contact the emergency vet immediately, and he followed this up with reassurance and further advice. This gave us confidence to discuss the options with the emergency vet. Ben couldn't have been more helpful! Brilliant service!”

“Such nice guys and I got a video call within 3 mins of going on the app. Such an easy app to use with a choice of ways to communicate. The guys gave me great advice and kept me calm as I’m a first time puppy mom!! Great that I get Vidivet for free with my Bella&Duke Raw food company which I order from. I will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks for all the advice guys!!”
