“I have used the vidivet service twice now and I am extremely impressed with the responsiveness and friendliness of the service I have received. “Contacted the team today with a question and within 5 minutes I had a video reply confirming what the issue with my dog was. Highly recommend and even followed up with more information as I was having trouble getting through to my actual vet. Perfect experience and will definitely use again.”

“Ben was absolutely brilliant reassuring me on my query after my young dog managed to eat some cod liver oil capsules when the tub accidentally fell out of the cupboard, The service he provided was quick, amazing and felt very personal, I would highly recommend Vidivet as it saved calls and perhaps even a visit to my local vet, not to mention any costs too! “I’ve been in touch with Ben at Vidivet a few times now for veterinary advice and he’s been amazing each time. As a first time dog owner I sometimes worry I am being over anxious but Ben has always reassured that there’s no such thing and offered sensible advise for me to carry out at home or recommended that he been seen by his vets for a double check.”

“I needed some ideas on how to manage my cat's as he was asking for more food than he needed to keep his weight steady, so I thought I would give this a try. It was great, I had a response quicker than I expected, and went back and forth with Ben exchanging information. He gave me advice and we have a plan for me to keep myself informed of my cat's weight trajectory, and will be increasing kitty's playtime to help him get more exercise. After this experience I'd be much more confident contacting VidiVet about something more serious.”
