“I love vidivet, it's extremely convenien and so helpful. They're very quick to respond and make sure they know everything they need to so they can better help. I've used vidivet twice now with my puppy and they're so understanding when you're having a bit of a panic, would definitely recommend.”

“Big thank you to Ben at vidivet for his help with our poorly cocker spaniel who had an allergic reaction & swollen face. These amazing vets respond immediately & even follow up the next day. Casper is an NHS therapy dog & it was so important to get him feeling better & up on his paws again. Would highly recommend Vidivet especially in the middle of the night ! Thanks again Ben”

“A brilliant service - posted a written question and had an answer 4 minutes later in the form of a recorded video message telling is what we should do and a couple of potential outcomes. They even checked in with us the next day to see how our dog was getting on. Very professional and caring.”

“No matter how big or small the issue may be both Ben and Rory are always to hand to help. Being a first time pup owner am new to a lot of things something as simple as finding a vet to register Bailey at or now flea problems and as stupid as I feel some my questions may be these both make me feel at ease and are very responsive to my questions in a short period of time. This definitely is the best app to have for any pet owner I would highly recommend it.”

“It’s a Fantastic service. Sometimes you just need to speak to a vet without going to an appointment. They’re extremely prompt in replying, really professional and the advice given is very reassuring. Both times I’ve used them now I have been very impressed and happy with the service and have already been telling friends and family about Vidivet!”
