“Vidivet has been fantastic for us. As I’m sure many dog owners know, you’re often in a position of needing professional advice to answer a question or help with a concern, but sometimes it feels the question doesn’t necessarily warrant a trip to the vet! Vidivet is our go to in these times and I know Ben and his team will answer me as soon as they possibly can (and even follow up afterwards to make sure all’s now ok).”

“I mean the service is just extraordinary! What a brilliant idea to create this portal. You can write to them, record a video if necessary and you’ll get an answer back extremely fast, with advice. It’s so reassuring, saving extra time going to the vets, stressing our dogs out unnecessarily. This way we don’t need a visit for something that can be sorted out in a much easier way. It literally is just phenomenal! I hope this service will keep going on, as I sure will be a lifelong user! Thank you for all your help in the past few days! I truly appreciate it. Lili and Bertie send their love! ❤️”

“I have loved Vidivet so far. I can ask questions at any time and I get a quick response. Sometimes I have simple queries and worries that I’m not sure are worthy of taking my dog to the vet, which she finds traumatising, so it’s really good to get peace of mind and practical solutions that I can try at home. Of course, if a vet visit is necessary after that, then that would be recommended too. It’s such good value, I don’t feel that any query is too small or weird! As a worrisome pet owner this means a lot.”
