Excellent service provided by yourselves. Really put our minds at ease as it was Bank Holiday & our dog had only just had major surgery & we needed a little extra advice.

I needed advice about a wound healing on my dog and then later for a bout of vomiting. Both occasions the vet was quick to respond and gave very helpful and prefessional advice. I was not made to feel stupid and appreciated their warm caring response.

I’m so very comforted to be able to call upon VidiVet. The first time I called for help I expected to have to wait a while for a response but a vet replied within 10 mins! Each time I’ve called now the vets have been amazing and given great advice. I wouldn’t be without them now - try certainly supported me well over this bank holiday weekend when both my girls were poorly. They even checked in with me the next morning following my evening call. You are a brilliant service VidiVet- thank you so very much Jxx 🐾🐾

This is a very good service. I asked for help with my older dog when we were away for a few days and couldn't reach my own vets practice at night. The Vidivet app was a life saver and I think it only took 15mins to receive a video reply from a vet to advise us on how to help our dog. This is a fantastic app and easy to use, also it saves alot of money not having to pay to see an emergency vet.

Absolutely amazing service. My pup had a problem and I didn't have a vehicle for a few days to get him to the vets. It wasn't an emergency but I was worried so I sent a photo In to VidiVet and Dr Luisa was amazing, so helpful, informative and we did what was advised and so far so good! Would happily use again and recommend the service.

What a fantastic service. Didn’t want to trouble the vet for an appointment and VivVet gave me great advice to make that appointment. Quick response from a lovely vet who gave me a lengthy feedback to my message. We always use VidiVet in the future. Can’t thank them enough.

Excellent. I used ViviVet recently and the quick response, advice and reassurance I received was impressive. I made contact through the messaging facility but the response by video made it a much more personal experience. This is a brilliant service, easy to use and so good to know it is there if needed. Got a kitten last week. As a first time pet owner I was anxious about everything from my kittens behaviour to how often they were going the toilet. I paid for Vidivet the next morning and with 25 mins I got a response that totally put my mind at ease. I'd recommend it to any pet owner especially those who are anxious about first time ownership!

Not really helpful I'm afraid. I would have thought more questions would have been asked to advise better; far too easy to say go to emergency vet. Disappointed.

Hi Sarah I wanted to reach out to you, personally as the founder of VidiVet, to say thank you for your feedback. Every review, both positive and negative, gives us a chance to learn. For us as a team of vets it is of the utmost importance that no pet is ever put at unnecessary risk. In most cases, the earlier an intervention is made, the more likely we are to get a happy outcome for both you and your pet by helping you determine if your pet needs to go to the vet at all, or in cases where they are already unwell, minimising their risk of deterioration of a case. On occasion this means that the recommendation will be to go to the vet as there is only so much we can do digitally to help you. Think of it a bit like NHS-111 for pets: they can help you make a decision to go to the doctor/hospital but ultimately can't give the treatment. We have reviewed the conversation you had with our vet and believe the advice given to you was appropriate. Your initial concern was given triage advice about what to do and how to monitor your dog. However, when you became more concerned later on, we felt it sensible to advise you of the next steps should your dog deteriorate overnight, including that you may need to go to an emergency vet if things got worse. This was so that you knew exactly what to do and when a trip to the emergency vet might be needed. Ultimately, for us, when a case is deteriorating and an owner is increasingly worried about their pet, then the next sensible step is to escalate the case to having some physical assessment: whether that is with your own day vet or the emergency vet overnight. In cases such as this, early intervention can mean the difference between a smaller or larger vet bill, and in severe cases even life and death. We are incredibly grateful for your opinions on your experience using VidiVet. Ultimately for us, the most important thing is that your pet is safe and well. Asked vets opinion on my dog's condition who we suspected a stroke was occurring. Response was good within 20 mins but content was awful. She was a passenger in a car her child while trying to talk to me. Child was active in the back seat and across her shoulder. Not sure she had even looked closely enough at the video I sent to comment accurately. She hung up abruptly in mid sentence when child started talking to her. Pretty useless service. Wont be using VidiVet again. Added Comment: VidiVet have adsued me they have now changed their policy so vets cant respond while in a car. Good response to my experience and hope this improves the service for others.

As a pet owner, it’s always a worry when one of your furry friends is out of sorts. That magnifies when it’s outwith your normal vet working hours, and there’s a potential wait to be able to speak to someone without incurring the large cost that comes along with an out of hours appointment. VidiVet takes care of that! As part of our practice OOH service, we can contact VidiVet for help and advice. A quick text message or a video to submit your query, and then one of the lovely VidiVet team will respond. I’ve used the service a few times now. Response time is always very good, all the vets are very friendly and genuinely want to help. It’s great way to ease your mind, get some advice or confirm that you need some input from your own vet. Theres also a follow up message to check that everything is OK. Genuinely a great service and highly recommended.

Really helpful advice from the vet, when it wasn't even about my pet, it was more a welfare concern as a bird was in my garden and looked hurt
