“We contacted the service late Sunday evening and we were shocked to recieve such a quick response. It was clear, helpful and definitely saved us out of hours vet fees and the trip to the vet. What we liked most was the follow up video message (which we were not expecting) to see how our little doggy was. The service is great and a good time saving option.”

“Amazing service. Our dog fell ill over the weekend and after a quick video sent to VidiVet, a prompt reply confirmed that a trip to the emergency vet was needed. Thankfully we did and after a night in the doggy hospital she’s on the road to recovery. Thanks to your help VidiVet!”

“Excellent service after vets had closed for the weekend and our dog suddenly appeared to present with kennel cough. Unfortunately he cannot have the annual prevention as we have immunocompromised member of the family. Excellent and reassuring advice given by a video message that fitted our situation and delivered well under 25 minutes. Very impressed.”

“My elderly cat developed a small spot on his nose which I thought ought to be checked out by my local vet. I was aware of VidiVet as I get his food from Bella and Duke and VidiVet is one of the complimentary services offered by them. I decided to give VidiVet a try and was amazed to find that within approx 15 minutes I received a comprehensive video response from Vet Luisa which addressed the issue. Very impressive and the whole process was quick and simple. Great stuff”

“Vet Dr Lorraine is very knowledgable and clear with her advice. Really appreciated the detail regarding medication to help our pet’s skin irritation and when to seek seeing a vet in person for further investigation. VidiVet was easy to use and very prompt with their response. Would definitely use VidiVet again and recommend to other pet owners.”

“This service is invaluable as a pet owner. We're first-time puppy parents, so we get a little nervous from time to time. VidiVet offers immediate reassurance in a format that is easy to use. We feel that our concerns are heard and that the vet on duty offers insight as to the best course of action.
