"I used VidiVet for the first time recently after my bengal returned home limping and lethargic. Within a short time of me contacting the service someone was online to me. I felt totally supported and was given great advice from the onset. It turned out the injury to one of the front legs was probably a sprain but even the next day I had vets from the service contacting me to check on recovery.
