An absolutely essential app that allows you to get medical advice from a vet, out of hours, weekends and evenings. How did we live without this app?? I was able to upload photographs to get advice straight away via video from a vet in real time. Explained what was wrong with my dog to me and what to tell my vet when taking him in. The vet I spoke with also gave advice as what to do when sat with him at home. Far better than searching the internet and getting things so so wrong. I will continue to use this app all the while I have a pet

We were given peace of mind that it wasn't a serious issue at 7:00pm on a Sunday evening. We got a video response only 3 minutes after making the enquiry - fantastic!

I have used Vidivet quite a few times and I cannot fault their service. Their response is super quick and advice invaluable. They are my first point of call whenever I need some advice for my little Chihuahua. Amazing service and friendly vets

I'm so impressed with this service. After leaving a video message about my dog who was sick and clearly uncomfortable, I got a response within minutes explaining the best thing to do. I then messaged and received another video response from the same vet assuring me she'd be there all night if I needed to reach out again. It was so reassuring. They even forwarded the notes to my vet who called me first thing to arrange an appointment. I can't believe this is a free service. It's brilliant. I will tell everyone I know about it. Thank you. (Dog was fine by the way!)

Excellent service and so simple to use. I left my query and a vet came back to me with on video very quickly. It was very helpful to be able to contact a vet quickly and get an answer without having to wait for an appointment or cause Simon any anxiety over a vet visit. Put my mind at rest.

I'm phoned over the weekend and was sent a video advising me to wait until Monday to speak to Bella and duke staff. The concerns were about the noticeable and worrying weight loss of my dog following transition to Bella and duke raw food. I did not find the advice helpful. I have since spoken to Bella and Duke who were most helpful.

VidiVet is a completely independent source of veterinary advice, provided for free to Bella and Duke customers by Bella and Duke. We hope that you found the general advice related to weight loss given by VidiVet, with the interim steps to take and when you need to visit your vet, helpful. As an independent service, VidiVet do not have access to the Bella and Duke clinical nutritional information and therefore cannot accurately and safely advise on the specifics of their diets. Instead, we believe it's best for your pet to leave this to the nutritional team at Bella and Duke, with whom we are pleased to hear that you received some great advice. Vidivet is great, especially when there are concerns during out of hours. Responses are speedy, even over a bank holiday weekend. Vets have come back to check up my pet, which is great! I gave four stars as I do find the continuity of information from the different vets frustrating with each response from a new vet.

Thank you so much for this feedback and that you have had access over the bank holiday weekend while your vets was closed! As the founder of VidiVet I have always had two passions: create an awesome customer experience alongside a brilliant place to work for vets to support those with pets however they need. Our service runs 24/7, and much as though we would love our vets to complete every conversation one on one, like with most businesses who care about their staff,we have to look after our vets and their mental wellbeing. We don't ask our vets to work 24/7 because we want them to be fully recharged when they are working and fully focused on supporting people like you so this means that from time to time, you may speak to more than one vet over the app. However, we did consider this scenario. Some people want to see the same vet: perfectly understandable! So, whilst we couldn't do that for every conversation, the fact that our app stores everything you ask and the vets reply with means that each vet has full visibility of all that is said. We also have a handover between vets so that everyone is informed about any cases that need ongoing support. I would trust all of the vets who work for me and their opinion with my own pet: it is a part of our selection criteria for the right people to work on the service. Thank you so much for your feedback, we are always focusing on the things that we can do to make the app and service better so things like this give us insight into things we need to develop!
