“Vidivet were brilliant when my elderly dog woke up with a terrible limp. Ben gave helpful and clear advice (in this case to see a vet for anti-inflammatory pain relief) and was available straight away to help. This is such a great service - the video call enabled Ben to see my dog's limp. I would highly recommend to others as you never know when the unexpected might happen- and its not always easy to put a 40kg dog who can't walk into a car to take to a vet first thing in the morning!”

“I can’t recommend Vidivet enough. I have used their service a couple of times now and on both occasions their response was extremely fast, professional and friendly. I was left feeling happy and reassured both times and it saved me from hours of trawling through Google for answers and/or a hefty emergency call out charge from my vets for calling out of hours! I can’t thank you enough for your help recently. I’m so glad to have found you and will be recommending you to all my clients. Thanks again - best wishes to you all.”

“Thank goodness for this service! When our own vets is closed or I’d like a second opinion or just when I’m concerned about my dog, these guys are always on hand to answer my questions! I didn’t expect to get a reply so quickly but they send their video replies very speedily. I’d recommend their service.”

“We have used VidiVet twice and would use the service again. They have been so helpful in triaging our pets and saved us 2 trips to the vets, where we were able to do things ourselves to make our pets better. “Ben and Rory are utterly brilliant and Vidivet is a GENIUS idea. Every dog owner has moments when they just need a bit of reassurance, and with Vidivet there is no lag time, no loading the dog into a car, or sitting in a crowded waiting room. With Vidivet the response is virtually instantaneous and unlike Googling the symptom, (which is something we've all done), you get to speak to a knowledgeable, personable and more importantly, fully qualified veterinarian, who can see your dog and examine it virtually, via a video clip. I couldn't believe how quickly my query was answered, it took under a minute, Rory took a look at my springer, Bert, and gave his advice and I immediately felt reassured. I will be telling all of my pet owning friends to subscribe to Vidivet, because it brings peace of mind for a very reasonable price, which is all any pet owner wants.”

“I was worried today after my puppy had picked up what appeared to be a puff ball mushroom which burst and released spores, it was great to be able to have a vet answer directly to put my mind at ease within 10 minutes of me asking the question. Very friendly and professional service.”

“I have never used an online vet service before so was almost expecting a generalised automated response for similar issues I wrote to them with. Within minutes I had a video message that was recorded there and then with a vet that had looked over the problem my dog was having. Multiple options for contact (audio, video or text) and a returned video with relevant information. Within 10 minutes of contacting them my mind had been put at ease and I hadn’t even left my lounge. Fantastic service with friendly vets at the other end! Highly recommend! Thank you for the great service”

“What a brilliant idea! I’m forever running to the vets over the smallest of sniffles so this app will save me time and money. I’ve only needed to use it once so far but literally having a vet in my pocket that I can send videos to is so reassuring. I’m blown away that something like this exists.”
