Each time I\u2019ve called now the vets have been amazing and given great advice. \r\nI wouldn\u2019t be without them now - try certainly supported me well over this bank holiday weekend when both my girls were poorly. That magnifies when it\u2019s outwith your normal vet working hours, and there\u2019s a potential wait to be able to speak to someone without incurring the large cost that comes along with an out of hours appointment.\r\nVidiVet takes care of that! As part of our practice OOH service, we can contact VidiVet for help and advice. A quick text message or a video to submit your query, and then one of the lovely VidiVet team will respond. I\u2019ve used the service a few times now. Response time is always very good, all the vets are very friendly and genuinely want to help. It\u2019s great way to ease your mind, get some advice or confirm that you need some input from your own vet. Theres also a follow up message to check that everything is OK. \r\nGenuinely a great service and highly recommended."

"I used VidiVet for the first time recently after my bengal returned home limping and lethargic. Within a short time of me contacting the service someone was online to me. I felt totally supported and was given great advice from the onset. It turned out the injury to one of the front legs was probably a sprain but even the next day I had vets from the service contacting me to check on recovery. Would totally recommend this brilliant service. Sadly we have no vet presently due to ours closing suddenly but VidiVet proved reassuring and thorough - a massive thanks to all 3 I was in contact with!"
