“Absolutely brilliant service! We needed help and advice out of hours on a Sunday. I sent a video of my dog, showing his issues…. Within 5 minutes, a lovely vet videoed back explaining what it was and calm our worrying. He gave great advice and we are very thankful!”

“Excellent response times and so easy to use! I messaged about a lump my dog had following a booster vaccine, I had a response in 7 minutes, a video response, you can reply via text or video, upload photos it's ace. I was advised to contact my vets to log the booster reaction but when I called her records had already been updated because vidivet had already updated my dogs notes, it's a great service and saves the stress of having to take my dog to the vet for something that can be solved by just talking to a vet virtually.”
