“I contacted VidiVet about a minor injury to my dog. They responded so quickly - within minutes I had a video message walking me through treatment. When I responded with some questions, I had a further response again in minutes. I was so reassured and felt totally supported.”

“This is amazing and really puts your mind at rest, we moved to a new area where no vets were taking on new clients, I didn't even realise I had this aspect of my monthly pet plan until I went searching the internet for advise, I asked two questions and the response was swift with a video message, the vets were great and it helped our two dogs too. I would highly recommend it to any pet owner.”

“I had a small concern about something on my dog, so thought I'd get a VidiVet opinion first before I booked into my vet. They pretty much confirmed what it was, so that immediately relaxed me. I took her to the vets and it was nothing to worry about. Will definitely use again to get advice. Great service to have along side being part of the Bella & Duke family.”

“Excellent response in a short time. It is a great service with advice on whither a trip to local vet is required, very reassuring as no one wants to stress their animal with a visit to vet if not required but good to know when it is necessary and that I'm not being an overly concerned cat mama!”

“It was very reassuring to get a video response within 2 minutes from Ashleen when Lola suddenly developed strange lumps on her nose and I wasn't sure what to do. It meant I wasted no time getting an appointment with my vet who is now doing tests to confirm a rare but treatable condition.”

“We have been very pleased with our experience using VidiVet! There have been a few occasions where our Jack Russell Terrier, Coco, has been unwell and it was great to speak to a qualified professional to get advice and home care tips while we were unable to see a vet. They have always been quick to respond and extremely helpful discussing any concerns we have with our sweet pup! Would recommend VidiVet to any pet owners.”
