“Excellent response in a short time. It is a great service with advice on whither a trip to local vet is required, very reassuring as no one wants to stress their animal with a visit to vet if not required but good to know when it is necessary and that I'm not being an overly concerned cat mama!”

“It was very reassuring to get a video response within 2 minutes from Ashleen when Lola suddenly developed strange lumps on her nose and I wasn't sure what to do. It meant I wasted no time getting an appointment with my vet who is now doing tests to confirm a rare but treatable condition.”

“I was really impressed with the service.efficient and to the point and they emailed my vet so they were aware. They followed up in morning too.highly recommend from my experience. Was hard videoing my dog at night thought to show full issue.”

“We have been very pleased with our experience using VidiVet! There have been a few occasions where our Jack Russell Terrier, Coco, has been unwell and it was great to speak to a qualified professional to get advice and home care tips while we were unable to see a vet. They have always been quick to respond and extremely helpful discussing any concerns we have with our sweet pup! Would recommend VidiVet to any pet owners.”

“Absolutely brilliant service! We needed help and advice out of hours on a Sunday. I sent a video of my dog, showing his issues…. Within 5 minutes, a lovely vet videoed back explaining what it was and calm our worrying. He gave great advice and we are very thankful!”
