“I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed of the response, and the vet on the video was informative and gave a comprehensive answer which I had confidence in and greatly reassured me. Extremely good service indeed.”

“As always, the team at VidiVet provide an invaluable service. We can never thank you enough. It turns out the wound on Lenny’s tail was a burst cyst, so your guidance meant we could quickly get this sorted and him on antibiotics to prevent any infection. Eternally grateful for your service.”

“I'm phoned over the weekend and was sent a video advising me to wait until Monday to speak to Bella and duke staff. The concerns were about the noticeable and worrying weight loss of my dog following transition to Bella and duke raw food. I did not find the advice helpful. I have since spoken to Bella and Duke who were most helpful.”

VidiVet is a completely independent source of veterinary advice, provided for free to Bella and Duke customers by Bella and Duke. We hope that you found the general advice related to weight loss given by VidiVet, with the interim steps to take and when you need to visit your vet, helpful. As an independent service, VidiVet do not have access to the Bella and Duke clinical nutritional information and therefore cannot accurately and safely advise on the specifics of their diets. Instead, we believe it's best for your pet to leave this to the nutritional team at Bella and Duke, with whom we are pleased to hear that you received some great advice. “Excellent response times and so easy to use! I messaged about a lump my dog had following a booster vaccine, I had a response in 7 minutes, a video response, you can reply via text or video, upload photos it's ace. I was advised to contact my vets to log the booster reaction but when I called her records had already been updated because vidivet had already updated my dogs notes, it's a great service and saves the stress of having to take my dog to the vet for something that can be solved by just talking to a vet virtually.”

“I've used Vidi-Ver a number of times this week for ongoing advice, including very late at night more than once. I received a response each time within minutes and was offered great advice and reassurance along with a steer on when I should be contacting my own vet directly. To have the 24/7 availability of the advice the service offers has helped give me peace of mind and ensured I was doing right by my pet. A fantastic service.”

“What a fantastic service! I sent VidiVet a message and I had a video response from Nick within a matter of minutes. He explained exactly what to do and saved us a trip to the vets (which is awkward with my working hours and often very expensive!) His advice was spot and easy to understand. VidiVet then followed up to check in on us, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend”

“Many thanks VidiVet for you advice to me when I sent you a message in the early hours of Thursday 29/12/22. We then paid our vets a visit and they looked over our Alfie (cockapoo) and prescribed some medication and today he’s a picture of health again 😊”
