“My first experience of VidiVet was fantastic. I sent a note over about my dog who was unwell and received a response back in minutes. The 2 vets who came back to me were friendly, helpful and checked in several times to see how he was. I will definitely be using the app again.”

“First time I used it was sceptical about what to expect however was pleasantly surprised Quick response within a minute or so with a video response asking for details etc…. They followed everything up and were really lovely. I had to go to vets next day and the problem was different to what we first suspected but it could have been two things going on. Problems resolved now but felt amazingly reassured that I could video my dog’s problems and show this to someone to decipher was it immediate attention or could it wait til morning etc. would definitely use again and continue in the future. Vets were really nice and thorough.”

“My young dog was very poorly on Christmas Day with sickness and diarrhoea and I really needed some reassurance that I didn't need to take her to see a vet and could proceed to look after her as I thought. I sent a video message and within a couple of minutes the vet replied and completely put my mind at rest but she also stated that I should get in touch again if I was worried later or needed any other advice. Great service, great reassurance .. just what I needed. Thank you.”

“Brilliant service. Our dog had an undiagnosed injury, 3 days before Christmas. Our local vet was operating limited hours, and recommended monitoring. Vidivet helped us manage our worries, providing thorough feedback based on the videos we submitted. Will use again if needed.”

“I contacted VidiVet as my Cockerpoo suddenly had lots of scabs on her head and was itching. It was over the Christmas and New year period and is the 1st time I've used or contacted any vet with a concern.
