Excellent service and so simple to use. I left my query and a vet came back to me with on video very quickly. It was very helpful to be able to contact a vet quickly and get an answer without having to wait for an appointment or cause Simon any anxiety over a vet visit. Put my mind at rest.

I recently contacted VidiVet (included as part of my VetBox subscription) regarding one of my cats whilst we were waiting for an in-person vet appointment. I promptly received a detailed, personalised, video response from a vet offering advice specific to my query which greatly helped to ease my concerns in the interim. The only issue I encountered was technical in nature where the app would hang after entering more than a few words. Found a way around this in the short term and VidiVet's tech support were happy to investigate. Overall, a great experience. Would be happy to recommend.

I have free access to VidiVet because I give my pup Bella and Duke Raw Food and I can absolutely say that VidiVet is the best service possible, the response is immediate whatever the day or time , the advice is exceptional, no question asked is either too stupid or trite and if a serious issue the follow up is both kind and helpful. I would pay for this service if Bella and Duke stopped offering VidiVet .. I cannot recommend this first class group of vets, I do have a traditional vet who are also excellent , but I have found VidiVet to be an invaluable additional support. Cannot recommend highly enough

The big fella had a couple of lumps appear on his neck and was not himself. Were concerned about him and being after hours for our vets, we contacted VidiVet before we pulled the trigger and went down the emergency vet route (£££). So glad we did! Dr. Nick came back in 5 mins and helped allay our fears that he didn't need immediate treatment. Took him to our vets the next day and, after a clear biopsy and bloods, he was given some anti-biotics and was back to grumpy Greyhound self after a few days (see pic :)). Thanks again for the quick and efficient service.

I contacted VidiVet on a Sunday morning as I was concerned about a stomach issue with my Westie. Within 5 minutes, I received a video giving a possible diagnosis and advice on what action to take. They also advised that if this didn't work, I should take him to my local vet as he may need a blood test. After following the advice given, within 24 hours my dog was back to his normal happy self without a costly trip to my local vet. I'm so grateful for the quick response, as is my Westie. This is a brilliant app which I am recommending to all my pet-owning friends.

I was quite nervous as it was our first visit. Mr Steve and one of the receptionists were very friendly and caring. I was glad to select this vet.

It was very reassuring to have the option of this and the vet seemed very good. However I was only able to send a text message from my phone and couldn't for some reason open the video reply. I used my husband's phone to do this. Appreciated the advice but if it had been a live interchange between us I could have asked a few questions. Did see tech support link but didn't follow it up as the vet said most things in his response. Thank you

Hi Pamela, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear that you weren't able to play the response on your device. I would encourage contact with our support team to resolve this issue and I will ask them to follow up with you by email today. VidiVet operates with a non-live message exchange, where you will always receive a prompt video response within minutes from an experienced UK vet. The benefit to this over a live exchange is that you can continue to ask questions, at your convenience, for as long as you wish, by continuing to press the reply button in the app. This therefore takes away the pressure to have to ask all questions during a short consultation time. The vet will always be able to see all messages exchanged and can continue the conversation accordingly. A non-live exchange can also be particularly helpful if you need to show us something that your pet is doing, as it removes the pressure of them having to do it during a designated consultation slot. We used this service on a weekend as our vets was closed and we wanted to get an opinion about a limp that our golden retriever unexpectedly had. We didn't expect much but were pleasantly surprised to find a very quick video response advising us on what to do. The fact we got a response and it was professional and quick really was great to see and we'd definitely use the service again in future.

Our dog was out of sorts on a Sunday. Nothing major just off his favourite food and treats. No other signs of illness. But this was enough for us to be concerned. Instead of paying for out of hours at our Vets I remember VidiVet app. So we have it a go! It was fantastic totally put our minds at rest. Later on in the our dog perked up after doing his business and eating some grass. He is now back to full working order! So it must have been a case of stomach ache. I am so grateful for the vets who we consulted with, we felt really look after and reassured. So no big out of hours bill, personal service from a human vet (not a BOT). 100% recommend and if needed will use again. Thank You

Thank you so much.. I just didn't know what to do with George I genuinely thought I was going to lose him. After talking to the vet It put my mind at rest. Thank you so much. This is an amazing service. George is back to his normal self now. Thank you so much.
