“Lorraine was very helpful and really put my find at ease with the information she gave me, and it was lovely to get a message in the morning just to check that my dog was still ok. This is a great service, and I really appreciated being able to use it when I was worried about my dog.”

“Vidivet is awesome. Whether my cats are not eating, stung by a bee or any other issues, I get expert advice from a real vet in max. 5 minutes. It saved me sooo much anxiety, stress and googling. Also the stress of trying to filter which internet advice is useful and which is useless or even harmful. VidiVet is an absolute necessity for a conscious catparent who doesn't want to loose her mind worrying.”

“Quick, professional and reassuring. With a new pup on our hands VidiVet has been extremely helpful to answers our medical questions. Often questions are concerning but not vet appointment worthy. With the app you can ask a question and get a response in minutes. I can’t believe the quick response time of the vets! Super useful and without I would spend weeks worrying!”

“Thank you so much for putting my mind at rest, it is very difficult when your pet is poorly over the weekend and we don’t have any vets open in my area. The lady was excellent and even told me to contact them if I needed them even during the night. Luckily my fur babies is a lot better today. Would definitely recommend using these vets. I hope I don’t have to contact you again but was very very grateful for all your advice.”

“I contacted Vidivet about a unusual barb or tag on my dog’s eye lid. My dog is very anxious about going to the vets so online advice and support is really helpful. I had several video messages with the Vidivet vets. Who diagnosed that it was likely a tick. They gave some very helpful advice for my anxious dog. This the second time I’ve used Vidivet, highly recommend it!”
