“They are fantastic. Such prompt responses and knowledgeable and helps put your mind to rest over issues. Also saves emergency vets appointments when you want to check something/get advice but it isn’t an emergency but you’d like to know the answer sooner! Very happy with the input I’ve had when I’ve used this 3 times now!”

“Fantastic Service, made contact Sunday evening around 8pm, took 5 minutes to speak to a vet who was incredibly helpful, gave me a list of instructions and saved me an out of hours dash to the emergency vet. Thank you for supplying such a terrific service!”

“I have used VidiVet a few times for my puppy. Their responses are always immediate and supportive. The vets are so helpful, understanding and always happy to be helping you. I can’t recommend them enough I wish they had an actual surgery I could walk into 😊”

“VidiVet is such a great service particularly for pets who are traumatised by visiting a regular Veterinary Surgery. Response times are super fast and the team are very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. “Vidivet is a fantastic service and it gives great peace of mind knowing advice is accessible so quickly when needed. My dog stole and ate some suet balls (bird food) and I was concerned that they might be toxic. I got the answers I needed from Vidivet within minutes.”
