“I can’t recommend this service highly enough. After our naughty Beagle stole and quickly devoured a very highly spiced (with garam masala, onion and garlic!) lamb chop from a dinner plate - we were worried in case this would harm her. It was so easy to leave a voice message and within minutes we had a really in-depth and thought through video response from a vet. It was reassuring to have a real life person respond - and not a chat bot and the response was personal, knowledgeable and caring. Our minds were immediately put at rest, we knew what to watch for and when to call our vet in if we needed to. Given that this was out of hours - it was a huge relief not to have to call our vet out for nothing. Thank you VidiVet!”

“Brilliant free service. Gave great advice, asked questions and told me what to look out for if my dog's condition were to deteriorate, and to take her to a vet if it did. Next morning she is so much better, so using VidiVet reassured me, and saved me money. Very quick responses to my audio messages too. Fantastic, thank you.”

“One of my dogs was not quite right, and I didnt want to stress him out by taking him to the vet. I messaged Vidivet and they responded within minutes with an informative video, with symptoms I was to look out for. I re-messaged the next day and again got a response immediately asking for a video, which I sent. Both the Vidivet vets Louise and Ashleen were very helpful, and put my mind at rest that Stan was OK but to just keep an eye for any changes. Would thoroughly recommend using them.”
