“Such a good service and an easy to use app. Three ways to get in touch with a vet and you get a video response, in my case within the hour. Each piece of advice that I have been given has been spot on. On the first occasion the vet suggested I call my vet and ask for a specific test for my puppy, her diagnosis turned out to be correct. On other occasions the vet has given great advice to follow which has meant no trip to the vet, which is great for my puppy as it’s a stressful event for her going to the vets. This app is well worth the money”

“We didn't know about Vidivet until we looked at our Vet's website for out of hours information. It was so easy to download the app and register and the response to our concerns was superb. The advice we received on how to treat Cotti, our cocker spaniel, was excellent and she recovered fairly quickly. What was most impressive was the follow up video calls we received checking on how she was progressing. We even got a video call the following morning checking that she had gone through the night okay. Overall, we were delighted with the service from Vidivet and can't praise it enough. We would definitely recommend Vidivet to other pet owners.”

“Our 7 year old cockapoo had been poorly for a couple of day, and overnight we began to worry. We had been giving Vidivet details from our dog’s food company Marleybones, downloaded the app, registered and left a message. Within 15 minutes a video recorded response with clear, concise and helpful advice, the vet was knowledgeable and caring. Our precious girl is now on the mend. Thank you Jo and Vidivet”
