“I contacted Vidivet on a Sunday, when ordinarily I would have had to make a trip to an emergency surgery, they were able to reassure me (with a couple of written and video messages) that the issue was not serious and that it could wait until the Monday.”

“This service is a godsend! I’m relatively good at dealing with issues with my animals but I had a late night panic questioning myself on Friday. Jo was quick to answer even whilst obviously travelling. Put my mind at rest & gave great advice.”

“I recently called VidiVet when we noticed our dog had ripped off one of her nails. Our response video came through very quickly and put my mind at ease about the situation. We had a vet appointment booked the following day so VidiVet also advised us on what to expect at the appointment as well as a follow up video after the appointment. This service is invaluable and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.”

“I sent a text message to Vidivet about my puppy’s symptoms and very quickly received a video message from the vet. She gave me a careful and thorough assessment, and clear advice. I was able to pick up the suggested medication from my vet’s surgery. I feel confident in the advice and treatment. A terrific service.”

“Vidivet is fantastic, we were really worried about our Italian greyhound Hugo after we thought he had been stung, the guys at Vidivet responded very quickly and really put our minds at rest and have advise how to make Hugo more comfortable until we were able to make contact with our own vet for him to be treated.
