The Vivivet answered my e-mail message within a few hours with a considered opinion given very clearly and this helped me understand what I needed to do for my dog's welfare.

Very easy and quick service that adds value. I used vidivet a couple of times and got reassurance and very quick and easy advice that saved me a couple of vet trips. They helped me know exactly when I need to visit a vet in person and helped me ease my anxiety as to whether it was an emergency or not.

Had a problem with my dogs eyes so I contacted vidivet and asked them about the problem they face timed me and gave me some advice and what I should do they were fantastic and helped me a lot

We were given peace of mind that it wasn't a serious issue at 7:00pm on a Sunday evening. We got a video response only 3 minutes after making the enquiry - fantastic!

I have used Vidivet quite a few times and I cannot fault their service. Their response is super quick and advice invaluable. They are my first point of call whenever I need some advice for my little Chihuahua. Amazing service and friendly vets

I'm so impressed with this service. After leaving a video message about my dog who was sick and clearly uncomfortable, I got a response within minutes explaining the best thing to do. I then messaged and received another video response from the same vet assuring me she'd be there all night if I needed to reach out again. It was so reassuring. They even forwarded the notes to my vet who called me first thing to arrange an appointment. I can't believe this is a free service. It's brilliant. I will tell everyone I know about it. Thank you. (Dog was fine by the way!)

Amazing service sent a text in the evening as my dog had a problem wasn’t expecting a response straight away but within 5-10 mins got a personal video with advice which I wasn’t expecting thought it would be a text the next day. Very pleased with this service 5 stars for me

It's always a worry when your pet is sick out of hours. I recently had to use VidiVet for our dog Maisie. She'd had surgery a few weeks earlier and woke up being sick. She didn't seem unwell as such, and I wouldn't have classed her as being an emergency, but because of the recent surgery, I wanted to check that I wasn't missing anything. Our practice offers VidiVet as an out-of-hours option. I'd already signed up (because who wants to be trying to register when you're juggling a sick fur baby at daft o'clock in the morning?). It was so easy to ask a question. I chose the text option, but I could have left a video message too. I had a really quick and informative video message back from one of the vets within about ten minutes, with some tips to help Maisie and what to do if things didn't settle. Exactly the reassurance I needed. Even better, we received a follow-up video message the next day too. Unexpected and very welcome! The whole experience was reassuring and I'm grateful to the team for their professionalism and guidance.

Excellent service and so simple to use. I left my query and a vet came back to me with on video very quickly. It was very helpful to be able to contact a vet quickly and get an answer without having to wait for an appointment or cause Simon any anxiety over a vet visit. Put my mind at rest.

I recently contacted VidiVet (included as part of my VetBox subscription) regarding one of my cats whilst we were waiting for an in-person vet appointment. I promptly received a detailed, personalised, video response from a vet offering advice specific to my query which greatly helped to ease my concerns in the interim. The only issue I encountered was technical in nature where the app would hang after entering more than a few words. Found a way around this in the short term and VidiVet's tech support were happy to investigate. Overall, a great experience. Would be happy to recommend.

I have free access to VidiVet because I give my pup Bella and Duke Raw Food and I can absolutely say that VidiVet is the best service possible, the response is immediate whatever the day or time , the advice is exceptional, no question asked is either too stupid or trite and if a serious issue the follow up is both kind and helpful. I would pay for this service if Bella and Duke stopped offering VidiVet .. I cannot recommend this first class group of vets, I do have a traditional vet who are also excellent , but I have found VidiVet to be an invaluable additional support. Cannot recommend highly enough
