“First time using VidiVet was so simple and reassuring! I had a reply from a very nice vet who was calm and collected and provided advice through a video chat within minutes. My dog was absolutely fine in the end without a trip to the vets but very great full to have a tool like VidiVet at hand!”

“Very easy to set up and gave me reassuring advice about my dog during the evening. I was wanting to check whether. Needed to seek out of hours treatment or whether it could wait until the morning. I gave all the events and symptoms in a text message and received a 4 minute video back from the vet I had contacted. There was an option to ask further questions. I realised that I could have just recorded my self talking as an option but that is a matter for personal choice. It’s important to give all the relevant information. I have to say that it was very reassuring to get this advice as. Was very worried about my dog Simba at the time. He’s all good now by the way.”

“I normally leave big reviews, in my opinion, the bigger the better but in this case it is simply not necessary! I've kept dogs all my life but never have I experienced a service like VidiVet before! Simply fantastic! I asked a simple question and got a video response back in less than 5 minutes! I defy you to find a better service!”

“Chatting to the vets was invaluable when my pup wasn’t feeling well. They offered advice to tide me over before visiting the vets. The responses were speedy and personal which was a great support when we were anxious. Cannot recommend enough!”

“It was so helpful to be able to run my thoughts by a professional and get after-hours advice for a problem I'd been hoping might go away, but didn't. The video response was prompt, clear and helpful and when I logged on to the app next time I was surprised to find another video from the vet who'd taken over the next shift, making sure I'd received the help I needed. Very friendly, supportive and professional.”
