“Absolutely fantastic service! I had very quick responses by 3 lovely vets, Dr Suzanna, Dr Louise and Dr James. They gave me clear guidance to help our overweight cat to lose weight. We were told to give it 4-8 weeks. We are 2.5 weeks in and he has already visibly lost weight! We will carry on as advised by the lovely experts at VidiVet. Brilliant service and I’d highly recommend them! Thank you so much for all your help!”

“Really great service. Have used VidiVet a few times now, and can’t fault what they do. The personalised videos are always incredibly timely (usually back within 30mins), clear, calming and supportive. VidiVet really put me at ease when I have a smaller issue with my dogs - and save me the hassle of calling an out-of-hours vets (and getting charged for it). Would highly recommend to any dog owner.”

“As someone who hadn't heard of VidiVet before but had a great experience, I wanted to share my review in case it helps others who need a service like this. In the summer of 2022, I looked after my in-laws 1 year old dog Rudy while they went away on a holiday that had been cancelled previously due to COVID. It was their first time away from their new fur baby and I know they didn't really want to leave him, but we offered to look him for 16 days. When he was dropped off, my MiL gave me info for VidiVet, who they have through their Vet, in case we needed it. I didn't think we would! About 4 days into his stay at ours, Rudy was having a bad tummy with vomit and poo and he wasn't eating as much food as normal. It worried me, so I contacted the vets via VidiVet and I was blown away by the service. The vet let us know that it sounded like he was homesick and any worry signs we should look out for. They also advised what we should change with his diet for a few days (which we did and was a success) and other things we could do. Their speedy responses and detailed answers reassured us. Their tips for his food also meant we were able to get him eating again and he soon also perked up. Had this service not been here, we'd probably had to take time off work to go to the vets with him which would have been ok, but this made it so much easier, quicker, and provided just as good a service. We were reassured within hours and helped Rudy settle in for a fab 2 week stay with us. Wanted to a say a big thanks to the service and the vet we spoke to.”

“We tried Vidivet for the first time on a Sunday afternoon to get advice as our dog had eaten something it shouldn't have. We text them with our problem and waited a short while, they got back to us in a video answering our concerns,which put our minds at rest. They said if we needed them to call back. The dog was ok overnight.Vidivet contacted us again first thing Monday morning via video to ask if everything was ok as a follow up call. We found it to be an excellent service.Thank you”

“After an anxious evening with our pup, we sent a message to VidiVet for advice as our vet was closed. We received a video reply within 5minutes which eased our concern and with advice on how to proceed. It was such a relief to have a vet reassure us.”
