“It’s an amazing service for quick questions, you get responses honestly within a couple of minutes usually, and they’re very detailed. You can also follow up with more questions too and you get really considerate and helpful advice. So handy to use the app instead of spending a fortune at the vet when it’s not needed (or when you need advice on what to do before you can get to the vet). The low price is an added bonus, as it’s really cheap and affordable.”

“Really helpful and speedy service from the time. A small injury which in the past we would have taken to be seen by an emergency vet but with the advice, guidance and a couple of check-ins via video/photos/texts, we avoided the cost and stress of taking our cat to the vet.”

“An absolutely essential app that allows you to get medical advice from a vet, out of hours, weekends and evenings. How did we live without this app?? I was able to upload photographs to get advice straight away via video from a vet in real time. Explained what was wrong with my dog to me and what to tell my vet when taking him in. The vet I spoke with also gave advice as what to do when sat with him at home. Far better than searching the internet and getting things so so wrong. I will continue to use this app all the while I have a pet”

“I contacted Vidivet for the first time when my dog broke a claw and I just wanted to check that what I was doing was ok or whether I needed to take her to a vet; the contact with Vidivet was excellent and very professional. I wanted to try them out whilst I was at home because I have a motorhome and we are about to go on holiday on the continent and I wanted to see whether Vidivet would be useful, if needed, whilst we are abroad - I was very impressed and I would certainly use them as my first port if call in the future.”

“When I was at my wits end with my very first dog, a miniature schnauzer, not eating much and waking several times during the night, I found Louise at VidiVet very helpful,reassuring and she gave me confidence not to worry. She said that he was most likely teething and that it would pass. Her advice for managing him was spot on as he started eating and sleeping again within a few days. I'll certainly check in again with VidiVet if I have any concerns in the future.”
