“Brilliant app! My pup had been neutered and was having really bad diarrhoea due to the pain medication. I got a response within 5 minutes from a friendly, professional, and caring vet. She was amazing and gave me great advice and even checked in the day after to see how my pup was doing. This is the best app on my phone and gives me peace of mind knowing I can speak to a vet within minutes if needed.”

“This is the 3rd time that I have used vidiVet and each time I have been extremely impressed. The response time has been excellent (within minutes) and the vet has been knowledgeable, reassuring and caring. On each occasion, the vet has either sent me another message with a further thought or suggestion or to enquire how my dog has got on later in the day. I am very, very impressed.”

“VidiVet was brilliant. Vet Lorraine gave me some very in-depth and personal advice concerning my dog and his infected eye. Not only was it lovely to get the video but the response came within minutes of me asking my question and sending my video. I found it really helpful. The only issue I had was initially uploading my video, it took a few tries for it to work but I'm very glad I persevered as the response was well worth it.”

“We looked for a video consult and realised there was no availability for over a week. Popped a question in, and on a bank holiday weekend at nearly midnight Anna sent up 2 replies and was a huge help to us! Thankyou Anna and the team at vidivet :D”

“I was quite skeptical at first using something like this because I didn't really know what to expect. our dog had come back from an operation and was constantly whining to the point we thought he was having a bad reaction to something. I sent a text through and within less than half an hour (which theh apologised for the delay) had someone get back to me via video link and gave us the help we needed. revieved another video the following day as a check up too. absolutely fantastic service!!”

“Once again vidi vets to the rescue!.. my dog had got hold of some chocolate and it was a Sunday so impossible to get hold of my own vet really. I called these guys left them a video message and not much time had gone by before I received my reply amd advice. Luckily all was ok with my dog but they even checked in on us the following day too which I felt was very thoughtful.”
