“Both James & Sarah were amazing, so quick to reply and reassure me. My Puppy Pomeranian had eaten some of my medication. Even though it is prescribed in dogs she had eaten 6 x her body weight. But it had happened 36 hours ago and she was over the worst. Miraculously the next morning I found another pill under the mat so she had less than first thought. So all in all she hadn't had much (clearly didn't like the taste). But had enough to cause her sickness and stomach cramps. Thank you so much for being there when I needed your advice during a worrying time.”

“I’m a new dog owner with a 6 month old Romanian rescue. I worry constantly! My subscription with VidiVet meant I could calm my nerves and give my puppy the care and expert advice she needed as soon as she needed it. I had replies from 3 different vets within 5 minutes of submitting my questions and they made it clear I could ask as many questions as I would like. A vet even sent a message the next morning to check on my puppy and how she was doing (luckily she’s back to normal now!) will be keeping my VidiVet subscription for as long as I own a dog!”

“I can't recommend Vidivet enough. My pup had their eye scratched and they put me at ease straight away. After the initial consult, I received a follow-up message the day after to make sure there were no changes. The cherry on top is their super easy to use app!”

“I've used the service a couple of times now and each time has been exemplary. Vets respond very quickly, be it during the day or middle of the night. Their responses are detailed and fully explained. Luckily Albert has been fine each time, but having that immediate qualified response had been an amazing reassurance. Thank you”

“Vidivet is great, especially when there are concerns during out of hours. Responses are speedy, even over a bank holiday weekend. Vets have come back to check up my pet, which is great! I gave four stars as I do find the continuity of information from the different vets frustrating with each response from a new vet.”

Thank you so much for this feedback and that you have had access over the bank holiday weekend while your vets was closed! As the founder of VidiVet I have always had two passions: create an awesome customer experience alongside a brilliant place to work for vets to support those with pets however they need. Our service runs 24/7, and much as though we would love our vets to complete every conversation one on one, like with most businesses who care about their staff,we have to look after our vets and their mental wellbeing. We don't ask our vets to work 24/7 because we want them to be fully recharged when they are working and fully focused on supporting people like you so this means that from time to time, you may speak to more than one vet over the app. However, we did consider this scenario. Some people want to see the same vet: perfectly understandable! So, whilst we couldn't do that for every conversation, the fact that our app stores everything you ask and the vets reply with means that each vet has full visibility of all that is said. We also have a handover between vets so that everyone is informed about any cases that need ongoing support. I would trust all of the vets who work for me and their opinion with my own pet: it is a part of our selection criteria for the right people to work on the service. Thank you so much for your feedback, we are always focusing on the things that we can do to make the app and service better so things like this give us insight into things we need to develop! “First time I've used it. Was a bit unsure at first, I'm not keen on video calling. However the app was easy to navigate. I got a response within 10 minutes. Later that day I received a second message checking up on how my pet was doing? Excellent service, would recommend.”
