“VidiVet have been a massive help to me since I joined. First time puppy owner who stresses about everything - I will admit to that. I've submitted a few questions since I joined and no matter how silly I think they may be, they always answer quickly, professionally and really put me at ease. “Recently during his morning walk, my 7-month old labrador picked up a disposable facemask. I tried to get it out of his mouth but he managed to swallow it. I contacted Vidivet about the issue and received a prompt reply from Ashleen. She was extremely helpful and reassuring and gave me detailed advice about what might happen and what I could do to aid him passing the facemask. Over the next 6 days she kept in contact and finally he managed to pass it without too much distress. I cannot praise Ashleen enough; her care and attention and advice was exemplary. I would highly recommend Vidivet to family and friends.”

“Excellent service. My dog was stung by a wasp and her face swelled up on one side. Contacted vidivet and within a couple of minutes I had a video reply from Ben. He told me what to do and what signs to look out for that would mean she’d need more urgent treatment. Quick, easy access would definitely recommend.”

“I have used VidiVets services twice now when my dog wasn't 100% well within the four months I've been signed up. I received a video response and was given options of an at home/over the counter remedy both times as well as a recommendation of when to go into my vets physically if this did not work. With the pandemic having made it harder to access a vet face to face, VidiVet has been both a quicker and cheaper alternative to booking in with my current vet, and gave me peace of mind that my dog was ok! Using the service twice saved me at least £120 I would have spent visiting the vets just for them to see her! Cannot rate highly enough”

“Very impressed with the advice and service received. It was exactly what I needed for the issue we had and in line with my approach to my own pet ownership. The ability to get virtually immediate support when in a worry and not able to see my own vet for 10 days for something was so reassuring. Huge thanks to Ben.”

“I have used Vidivet several times and what a fantastic service. How easy to take a quick picture or video and send it through, and both times the response came within minutes. Ive had a tick identified and reverse sneezing which put my mind at rest and helped me realise I didn’t need a appointment with my vets. An excellent service w even if just to put your mind at rest. Quite simply brilliant”

“I recently had a video consultation with Ben about our dog Helix who had been suffering with a repeated infection in his claw after an operation to cut it right back when he had broken it. After three visits to our usual vets and only getting the same advice each time to deal with it and several months of despair, I spoke to Ben who gave me really good advice about Helix needing a longer term course of antibiotics and also the possibility of some short term steroids to help boost him up and stop him bothering at it. When I returned to our usual vets again with helix to discuss this with them I felt so much more empowered to have this conversation with them about what helix needed. We are now almost two weeks into the longer course of antibiotics and his claw is finally healing up and he is so much happier. I would really recommend Vidivet for getting a second opinion and giving you greater confidence for speaking to your own vet if you feel like you’re not getting anywhere.”

“Cannot speak highly enough of these guys , put my mind at rest on 2 occasions in a matter of weeks , being a anxious Frenchie owner saved me £’s on unnecessary vet visits . I was called back in under 5 minutes , very impressed especially one day being a Sunday it would of been a trip to out of hours vets ! Massive savings to say the least . Thankyou ben .”

“I don't know what I would do without them. I'm a new pup mum and in the last 3 months I've had my pup I've spoken to Ben and Rory too many times for maybe sometimes silly questions but my god have they saved my life! I trust them more than I trust my vets sometimes! Genuinely really great advice and amazing response time.”

“I would not hesitate to recommend Vidivet to anyone & everyone, as without Ben’s wonderful advice, there is no doubt we would have lost our 12 week old puppy to Parvovirus. Our local vets advised us to wait 24 hrs before contacting them again about her symptoms & so I called Vidivet in desperation. Ben was so kind & helpful & advised us to get back onto our local vets straight away for an urgent assessment, which we did. I cannot thank Ben & Vidivet enough for their expert & professional advice. Superb!!”

“Vidivet has been a huge part of my life over the past 15 months. One of my doggies has been so poorly so having Vidivet available as and when I needed completely reassured me. Helping me deal with any situation that arose. Archie was diagnosed with diabetes and the Vidivet team were amazing. Hosting two other dogs too, having Vidivet there when I need them. Would not be without them. Feel like I made new friends who love my dogs just as much as me.”

“Amazing service! Quick and easy, brilliant that you can access from anywhere & any time as I made contact over a bank holiday weekend when I would have had to contact the out of hours. They genuinely care about your pet and are worth every single penny. Plus as my dog utterly despises visiting the vet so this is a great alternative that limits his stress levels”
