“Found the contents pretty average for the price paid and was disappointed the box it was posted in was the actual treat box. Giving a gift with a postal sticker on felt a bit naff. Wouldn’t order again.”

Just to clarify regarding the packaging, we offer two options at checkout. If the gift is being sent directly to the recipient, the TreatBox itself is used as the postal box to help reduce unnecessary packaging. If you’re having it delivered to yourself to hand over, there is a “Send to me to hand over in person” option, which includes additional outer packaging so the TreatBox inside arrives clean and label-free. “The service was great. I bought the biscuit and heart for a friend for her birthday. I disnt open it when it arrives, I wish I did as when she opened it the biscuit was basically smashed. Otherwise she loved it.”
