“Disappointed as the earrings were missing from my daughter’s exam box. Everything else was lovely and earrings were eventually sent but not the high standard of customer service I was expecting for the price!”

“A TreatBox is something I generally buy for myself at least once a year, just for a spoil. I love all the products to choose from. Everything on offer is of amazing quality and the packaging is so lush. Makes me feel so special opening it. I have recently started buying them for my friends for their birthdays - not just for the amazing products but also for the sheer joy of opening them.”

“This was my third time using TreatBox and each time the service has been great and the people receiving the boxes have been over the moon. The personalised cards which are easy to upload with your own photos are the best - so great for friends and fam who you are not able to be with physically during their time of need or special occasion. I'm hooked on TreatBox!”

After looking into this, the issue arose due to key information missing from the shipping address, which unfortunately meant the courier was unable to identify the correct location for delivery. As outlined in our terms and conditions, in cases like this where a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address, a 25% restocking fee applies if a refund is requested. “I ordered a TreatBox as a little pick-me-up for my daughter before her GCSEs, and it was absolutely lovely. The website was really easy to use and the communication was great throughout – I knew exactly when it was on its way. “Sent to my 16 years old as a GCSE treat (she’s working very hard!). She liked it and I would definitely get another sometime - if you worked out the price of what you choose etc it’s probably well marked up but presented well so worth it.”

“Absolutely beautiful boxes, so good for the price honestly the cheapest place I know that does such beautiful boxes. I was unsure at first because of the price wondering if it will be as good as the photos but wow it’s even better. And the recipients have been very grateful and loved them will always use now. “I do think TreatBox is the best of the letterbox gift companies for a few reasons. I’ve sent quite a few and recipients always loved - the set price per box is a much better idea than how most other companies do it. With TreatBox you pick how many items you want and that’s the price regardless what items you pick. - lots of lovely items to choose from - money off future boxes when you’ve earned points towards them I wish this company the best and I will keep buying from them”
