Nice products, a lot of money fir what my friend received. The box also referred to the gift as small in bold writing on the top of the box. I was so embarrassed and upset by this. Will not order again

The Receiver loved socks but said she almost threw out the card as it was under all the packaging. It was package and delivered very quickly which was great.

I have ordered the advent calendar for the past few years and have really enjoyed it. Last year the price went up which i understand due to prices going up everywhere and I didn't enjoy it like the previous years. To me it didn't feel like I was getting my moneys worth. I was in two minds about getting this years calendar but thought I would give it another go. Hoping to enjoy it more this year.

I ordered a Pink Friday surprise bag as a treat to myself. The description stated Free Tracked 24 Delivery but when I Tracked it, it was Tracked 48. It also took 4.5 working days to arrive. I contacted Customer Services and they didn’t address the issue of the wrong delivery service but explained that the reason it was delayed in dispatch was due to them running out of pink bags, something which wasn’t part of my order anyway. The contents of the surprise bag was cute, I definitely wouldn’t have paid more than I did though as there was nothing really special in there. But it was nice mail to receive.

The idea of the box and the box itself is lovely and was received gratefully from my friend but, the biscuit was a different shape to what was advertised (it came round instead of a star). It didn’t say on the listing that an alternative shape might be sent and I did choose the box as it had the star shape. I know it isn’t a huge issue but would rather it say the item may vary on the item description (I couldn’t see when I went back to check). I did email Treatbox on the 16th May before writing this review but unfortunately, it’s now the 31st May and I still haven’t received a reply.

The treats were lovely and my friends loved the gift. I didn’t like how I paid for next day delivery but it wasn’t delivered until 2 days after so could’ve just gone with standard delivery

Disappointed as the earrings were missing from my daughter’s exam box. Everything else was lovely and earrings were eventually sent but not the high standard of customer service I was expecting for the price!

Birthday box comes present amazing but some of the presents are not great , present 1 started of with a newspapers who wants a newspaper as a gift was not happy. Few of the gifts could be better but some are nice not.

Love this concept and receiving/sending treat boxes. But ordered 2 for my nieces for Easter, and as same address, had to do separately. One got sent to wrong address, so 5 days late and was wet as left in a neighbours postbox!!

I used to be thrilled with everything in this surprise box. However the box now seems to contain a pair of socks nearly every other month! I had socks for Halloween, there were some near Christmas and there were some in this months box. Ok if you like socks but I can't wear them and gift them... so I'm missing out every month .I have unfortunately had to end my subscription. I have had boxes for years. Ever since they were a tiny company just starting out.

Arrived very quickly which is great but item arrived broken. Emailed to let them know, told them it was needed the next day for a gift so just giving feedback but sent another one out. Nice gesture but this also arrived broken. I did say please don't send another as it wouldn't arrive in time for when the gift was needed but they emailed back to say it's already been sent and that was it. Bit disappointing that both arrived broken as items are lovely.

Bought for my best friend for Christmas. Think my expectations were quite high, as to what actually arrived. So was disappointed overall. Content was “ok” but I suppose I didn’t think it was worth what was paid in all honesty.
