“Arranging childcare can be really challenging. I opted to go for Treatbox to say thank you to my daughter’s nursery teachers and keyworkers. As a working mom, I appreciate and respect them! So treating them to a treatbox is showing my appreciation.”

“I’ve had the best experience with TreatBox! I recently ordered my first box and, to make sure I completed my purchase correctly, I initially had a couple of questions. Molly from Customer Service was absolutely brilliant. Her swift and helpful replies made the whole purchasing experience easy and reassuring. The box itself was wonderful and full of goodies. Unfortunately, two of the items I received were incorrect because the packaging of the products was very similar. As soon as I noticed, I emailed Molly, and she acted immediately. The replacement products were sent out ASAP — fantastic customer service! I wholeheartedly recommend TreatBox. This is not just a generic company selling products; this is a company that uses a human touch to make the customer experience great. And that human touch really does make all the difference. ❤️”

“This is a good idea in the run up to a special birthday and was something unusual but in all honesty the actual presents were a bit random and didn’t really match my friends personality. I didn’t see any option to ‘theme’ the box on the website but this would have been better. It was an interesting and unusual present but didn’t feel like value for money at all really.”

“Was very disappointed, bought the £60 countdown box for my partners birthday. Could have bought everything that was in the box from home bargains or B&M for £15. Feel a bit ripped off.”

“I am wrtmiting this review as I have recieved an email asking, me to leave a review. Sadly I am yet to recieve my order which is a treatbox for my wife who is 38 weeks pregnant. I have purchased this as a suprise/ something for her to enjoy after giving birth. I am growing concerned however that this has still not arrived and the baby could arrove at anytime. I ordered this on next day delivery on 5th September and am still waiting, could someone please get back to me with a date I will be receiving my order. Happy to change my 1 star review shpuld I recieve this box in the next few days/ timely manner.”

“Absolutely love my Monthly Treatbox, my little treat all for me. The themes are well chosen, the treats are always so good and I can't fault them. I always get compliments on the Coaster, mugs, keyring, cute socks etc... If you're thinking about getting one, give it a go!”

“I absolutely LOVE my treat box it’s so lovely. It’s nice to be surprised each month, just a treat for myself. I love love the different socks, random but they are always so cute and seasonal. Would recommend if you have the spare cash, get yourself a subscription. I look forward to it every month”
